Great hotel to stay at and close to so many places. Friendly and helpful staff

We had a lovely stay—a small but comfortable hotel in a nice neighborhood away from the crowds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very modern, and the amenities were of a higher quality and greater variety. Air conditioning worked well in the midst of a hot few days. The room features a fridge and a safe. We had breakfast, which had a lot of options. The surrounding area was undergoing street construction, so there was some noise, but not at night. There are several nice restaurants and bars right in the neighborhood and very accessible to the Metro.

Nice little boutique hotel in the middle of Madrid. Friendly staff and small but nicely outfitted rooms. Close to the main attractions of Madrid and restaurants and bars.

We were on the ground level so we couldnt open the windows without people standing outside smoking. Also the bins were sat outside our room and stank. Reception staff was not friendly or helpful. Rooms were nicely renovated and beds were comfortable it was a nice area but i think the ground level was just a terrible level to be on. In the photos the two rooms we had were on both corners on the street level.

Nice small hotel in a central location

This hotel is a great place to stay for your first visit in Madrid. The rooms are a nice size, beds are super comfortable and the staff are so friends and kind.

Excellent location

Excellent location, and also maintained to a very good standards - the rooms and the common areas were clean, vibrant and modern.

Our stay was great, so much so that we’ve already rebooked another stay. The location is brilliant. Nestled in between Gran Via and Calle Arsenal for the shoppers and the shortest walk to Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel and too many restaurants and cafes to count! Room had a soft queen bed, and a large bathroom, and very nice, polite and helpful staff.

Area was not prettiest and noisy room.

Hotel was very comfortable and clean, and staff was lovely. I'm sure some rooms are quiet, but ours was on the side of the building facing a small plaza and it was very noisy until late late into the night, making sleep very difficult.

Great hotel in a great location. It was so central! As a solo traveller, I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Fantastic stay and great location. The staff was super helpful with booking dinner reservations and giving dinner suggestions. The location was fantastic. For being in the middle of a busy section of the city it felt very chill and was very quiet in the hotel. The hotel room needs a good paint job but was very clean. I would stay here again for sure.

Location was super convenient for touring Centro.

El hotel está en un lugar buenísimo, para los turistas que quieren estar cerca de todo pero en una calle tranquila. Nos gustó el estado general del hotel, la atención de las personas de recepción fue excelente, con muy buena disposición. Sin embargo, tenemos las siguientes observaciones y recomendaciones: 1. Tener una báscula en la habitación siempre resulta bueno para los que quieren revisar su peso o simplemente chequear el peso de la maleta o equipaje antes de salir al aeropuerto, es una pequeña inversión pero se justifica. 2. De las 3 noches que estuvimos en el hotel, a la segunda noche nos quitaron las cobijas, al llegar y acostarnos llamamos y el muchacho de la recepción nos indicó que nos las llevaría de inmediato, sin embargo, apareció luego con unas sábanas pero no cobijas, dijo que era verano y no se necesitaba. y que a esa hora no había como tener cobijas, pues... nos extrañó mucho que quitaran las cobijas sin preguntar y mucho más que no dejaran para que la recepción en la noche pudiera entregar en caso de no tener. Son puntos a mejorar.
