Location of the property was great but conditions were terrible and communication were all in Spanish which I found it hard to use and also the reception were you collect your keys is a different address and where your property is located is 10min away and I found it hard as it was our first time in that city and we were not familiar with the area and also I booked for four people and was charged for that but we had a sofa bed instead of a bed and no clean pillow and blankets.

We had to walk a mile late at night to check in as the ‘reception’ was at the Head Office hotel. There was no reception or staff on site The pool was closed. The room was not serviced - we had the same sheets & towels the whole week. Such a shame as Sitges is a lovely place.

Didn’t read about getting room key at a different location so that was daunting especially coming in late at night. Had to take a taxi to go there and back while leaving the majority of my party waiting. Room was very clean but is very outdated. Sofa sleeper has seen better days and the mattress are pretty hard. But location was ideal.

Unfortunately what is advertised is not what you get - we applied for a 2 bed apartment and was given a double bed and 2 sofa beds, both being over 6 foot tall we could not sleep for 13 nights in a shirt sofa bed. We had to pay over £200 for another apartment with 2 beds. I dont understand how you can advertise 2 King bed and get a double and 2 sofa beds.

Las trabajadoras de recepción son muy lindos :) Me gustaría mucho mi estancia, mi solo quejo es que los vecinos jovenes al habitacion de mi lado estaban muy ruidoso durante todo la noches, gritando y saltando en la piscina a la 1:00 de la mañana. No es el culpa del hotel, solo mala suerte que estaba a lado de gente maleducada.

El alojamiento presentaba deficiencias importantes en cuanto a limpieza y mantenimiento, la bañera tenia defectos y suciedad debido a ello, los radiadores de calefacción no funcionaban y no se nos informó que el aire acondicionado debía de conectarse como mínimo 30 minutos para que empezara funcionar la bomba de calor, tengo fotografías que demuestran la suciedad

Koselig leilighetshotell som kunne trengt en liten oppussing og oppdatering. Stille og rolig strøk. Kun rengjøring en gang pr uke, men hadde alt vi trengte og det var også vaskemaskin i leiligheten så det gikk helt ok å vaske opp noen håndklær der. Hyggelig betjening ved innsjekk på Sunway Golf. Trekk for at det ikke var solsenger i den lille hagen ved bassenget.

Hébergement géré par un hôtel 4 étoiles. Pas d'informations sur la nécessité de se rendre à l'hôtel pour réaliser le check in. Studio pour 3 inconfortable, canapé lit une place très ancien, literie défoncée. Ambiance vieille et oppressante. Pas assez de papier toilette pour 3...on m'a demandé d'en acheter au supermarché ! Pour près de 378 euros pour 2 nuits c'est trop cher !

Accueil à un autre établissement, j’ai du revenir car il nous manqué présenter deux pièces d’identités sur les 4 … c’est la loi, j’aurais apprécié que l’établissement accepte de les recevoir par mail ou sms pour éviter le déplacement, sur tout que les deux présentés au départ était celle de la réservation et de la carte bancaire.
Le logement était conforme à la description, je pense qu’on entretien de climatiseur ne serai pas de refus.
Si non y avais des draps et serviettes, et tout était propre.
Il aurai fallu un peu de gel douche aussi car les deux distribuiteurs étaient vides .
Si non dans l’ensembles c’était bien. Et je reviendrais sans soucis, ce n’est que des détailles.
Le rapport qualité prix est cohérent.
