Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung: Sie war sauber, blitzblank und topstylisch eingerichtet. 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer/WC, kleiner Balkon... was willst du mehr?
Das einzige Contra: Die Wohnung liegt im 4.Stock, Aufzug gibt es keinen. Leute die schlecht zu Fuss sind, werden bei den 85 Stufen ins schwitzen kommen, allen anderen kann ich sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Vermieterin Sara war pünktlich und sehr bemüht.

Modern, clean apartment with A/C and external shades to keep the heat out. Fruit and veggie shop across the street, supermarket around the corner. Short 10-15 min walk into the city (eg. the large market hall).
Not cheap with the cleaning flat rate but overall worth it. Would book again.

La comunicación con el propietario fue muy buena y la valoro muy positivamente. Fueron puntuale en la entrega y muy serviciales. El apartamento está en un 4º sin ascensor. El portero no funciona, así que si alguien sale... otro deberá bajar a abrir, nada práctico.
Aire acondicionado solo en el salón, así que te asas en verano en las habitaciones, ni ventilador.
Una sola ducha en uno de los baños en suite. La cocina y demás completamente equipada.
Las sábanas podrían estar más limpias, en fin. La limpeza deja mucho que desear, pero los anfitriones siempre están atentos para ayudar. 50 euros de limpieza y fianza de 250 euros al llegar.
