Universal Hotel Lido Park & Spa

Tolles Ambiente, innerhalb und ausserhalb der Hotelanlage. Insbesondere der SPA-Bereich war äusserst einladend und bleibt nach der Nutzung nachhaltig. Das sehr saubere Doppelzimmer als Einzelzimmer genutzt mit seitlicher Meersicht im 6. Obergeschoss. Um dem störbaren Lärm der Lüftungsanlage auf dem Dach des Hotels während der Nacht auszuweichen, ist die Wahl des Zimmers möglichst westlich des Gebäudes zu empfehlen oder in einem tieferen Stockwerk. Gutes Frühstück, reichhaltig mit sehr aufmerksamem Servicepersonal. Durch die Vielzahl an Gästen ist der Lärmpegel entsprechend. Da ist ein früherer oder späterer Zeitpunkt für die Einnahme des Frühstücks empfehlenswert. Bei wärmeren Temperaturen kann auch der Aussenbereich genutzt werden.

Beautiful location, friendly and helpfull staff. The beach is really wonderfull and acess is easy (but with stairs). The food was also very good. The beds a little hard.

Perfect location with incredible views from room 734!

Amazing location set between 2 lovely beaches with fabulous views. Paguera is a great resort with lots of shops and restaurants and a relaxed vibe. Hotel had great staff, service was excellent, food at breakfast was all very nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the sun lounger reservation system they have but that’s just preference.

Super hotel and staff, the spa is all newly renovated and lovely, as is the dining room. Dinner was great , many choices, fresh varied roasted meat every evening and great salads, the seating inside and outside is really well arranged , this hotel is so beautifully situated to gain the best views of the nearby beaches and blue sea Breakfast was good, but not great in our opinion, although the bakery and fresh fruit was excellent, the hot food included many German dishes. Rooms are very clean with great views and although we were unsure at being on the 7th floor, the view was great, overlooking one of the beaches and beyond. The unusual and surprising bonus are the numerous shaded areas within the trees on many different levels, giving shade and privacy with sun beds. Pool area also very shaded, medium size pool , sadly weather not warm enough for us to use it but we did make the most of the gorgeous warm indoor pool which is available for all guests to use from 7 am until 8 pm. Towels were provided and the gym was well equipped. Trekking tours arranged to visit many nearby villages and the hotel was full of cyclists making the most of the hilly terrain and lovely local scenery. What we did miss not having tea and coffee facilities in the bedrooms, it would make a difference to us personally, but loved the carafe in the room which you can fill with cold water from the water dispensers on each floor and in reception, invaluable when the weather is at its best.

This is a well situated hotel with a mainly German clientele - the facilities are good and the staff are friendly apart from in the cycle rental workshop who are only interested if you are on a cycling specific package (and rude if you are not). Good Hotel for the Challenge Mallorca triathlon.

Few days with family by the sea. Great view and awesome location. Small indoor pool was a lifesaver for the kida
