Vistamar Apartamentos

The apartments at Vistamar aren't luxury accommodation - they're functional and good for upto 2 adults plus one child. Bathrooms are good, kitchenette's variable, it's pure luck if you get air con, and no tv's. Their main feature is the small balcony (seats upto 4), and all have a view of the sea, which is just 50m away. Upper floors have better views, we got lucky this year with the top (3rd) floor. If you're a beach & sea lover, or perhaps a coastal walker, then they're a great base to enable you to get out there! Decent beaches of Sant Tomas are just minutes away, better ones are nearby from just 20mins walk. Plus the coastal path, the 'Cami de Cavalls' passes beneath your balcony heading east and west to more beaches. Why swim in a chlorinated pool when the sea is at your doorstep? Busses run to the nearest town Es Migjorn Gran, or further afield to Mahon & Cuitadela. Sant Tomas has a selection of shops, restaurantes, cafes & bars, from pricey to very affordable. We'd recommend the Bar/Heladeria and Halley's Bar for relaxed vibe & good prices We return to Sant Tomas almost every year!

Although the views were amazing the property required updating. There was no electric kettle, the oven was rusty as was the lighting in the bathroom.

Beautiful location friendly residents and staff rooms are a bit dated and building works ongoing pool area was nice and clean would stay again only bad thing was the noisy fridge in the room but just unplugged it at night

L'emplacement et la vue étaient magnifique, l'établissement est dans son jus, il mériterait quelques travaux de rénovation. Il manque des éléments de cuisine : machine à café, éponge, nettoyant vaisselle... pour prétendre à s'inscrire en appartement...

Die Unterkunft ist abgelebt, runtergekommen und alt. Wir bekamen als erstes Zimmer Nr 209. Das war richtig runtergekommen und die Gasflasche war undicht. Nur wegen der undichten Gasflasche gab man uns ( Mann, Frau, Baby) ein anderes Zimmer. In dem anderen Zimmer waren die Verhältnisse ähnlich, jedoch im ganzen etwas "hochwertiger". Das Badezimmer war in der 209 besser, genau wie der Ausblick. In Zimmer 103 dagegen war die Badewanne an den Seiten schon verrostet und es gab beschädigte Fliesen. Der Wasserdruck ist angenehm aber Vorsicht an alle die gerne heiß Duschen, das Wasser kommt fast kochend heiß aus der Leitung. Gegen die Hitze gab es einen Deckenventilator. Dieser lief non Stop da sich das Zimmer im Laufe des Tages ziemlich aufheizt da die Sonne direkt den Balkon trifft. Also von Vormittags bis Abends. Erst so gegen 2uhr nachts gab es Linderung. Man musste auch ständig die Zimmertüre offen lassen. Zum kochen und essen gab es eine eher schlechte Grundausstattung. Eine Pfanne, 3 Töpfe und bloß ein großer Deckel. Dann noch eine bialletti zum Kaffee kochen. Ein paar Gläser und Besteck (teils verbogen). Man musste per Hand abwaschen. Mit Gas zu kochen bei diesen Temperaturen ist auch eher semi toll. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist wirklich toll und sehr freundlich. Leider ist die Rezeption nur von 9 bis 13uhr besetzt und der Check in normalerweise erst ab 15uhr möglich. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Auch nicht für "nur" 160€ am Tag.

Pour des vacancières comme nous, le confort sympa, mignon et simple de l'appartement nous a bien plu. Les résidents partageaient un restaurant, un billard, une piscine sympa à quelques mettre une plages magnifiques. Nous avons aimées nôtres séjours. A refaite

Buena ubicación y vistas. A pesar de los comentarios negativos, fue un buen alojamiento, mejor de lo esperado. El mobiliario un poco antiguo pero todo muy limpio y recién pintado. Los colchones sí están para cambiar pero tampoco tan mal como había leído.

Los estudios son pequeñitos, antiguos y sin lujos, pero limpios, funcionales y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es inmejorable, sobre la playa de Santo Tomás con unas vistas espectaculares. Repetiremos seguro!

Nada, trato horrible y servicio penoso. No cambian toallas, colchones en muy mal estado y luego te cobran por servicios que ni has pedido

L'unica cosa bella era la vista dalla camera, x il resto le camere sono molto vecchie e datate e così fanno sembrare tutto sporco, le tende (in teoria bianche ) erano luride, letti singoli non esiste il matrimoniale, scomodissimo sia il materasso che i cuscini, , copriletti terribili...e poi appartamento pieno di formiche...

Old towels (seemed dirty even though they were clean), old bed, uncomfortable sofa, for the rest superb cleaner and reception staff, friendly and very kind. Amazing sea views from 317, nice pool, I loved the beach beside the hotel and a laundry room is absolutely necessary! Kind regards.
