This was a lovely hotel in a great location. Just steps to the Grand Via and a short walk to the palace. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The concierge staff was a great resource. The bathrooms were extemely nice and we really appreciated the fluffy towels and robes. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

well, Ernesto greeted us with a Warm hello and the staff is wonderful and the Breakfast is absolutely fabulous and even the Lunch in their restaurant is amazing too! we would recommend and plan to go back and stay in the hotel.❤️
