Poor service. No towels in the room. Had to ask for everything multiple times to get a solution. Very unresponsive and unprofessional levels of service.

We were given a very big and spacious room which was perfect for my crawling daughter. The staff were lovely although the attendant at the buffet was not very friendly and made us feel unwelcomed the one night we wanted to go for the buffet, so we ended up leaving. Outdoor pool is so lovely and very popular with the guests (it was hard to find beds at times). I love that they cater to modesty for women around the leisure facilities. Area is great and very convenient if you hire a car for Muscat (which is recommended). Not far from the loveliest serene beach in Qantab.
