The pillows were awful - really lumpy and uncomfortable. The bed was uncomfortable too

I stayed here in 2024 and stayed here again this year. I felt safe, the room was quiet, and the technology for entering the hotel and my room were great. I liked the heated bathroom floor as well. The location is fantastic since it's just a 10-minute walk from the Stockholmsmässan venue.

Close to train station, painless check-in, underfloor heating in the bathroom was great, the flat had everything you would need. Could use a new paint job on the walls. 10/10

The apartment was spacious and in good condition. The bed was comfortable and it had everything you needed to cook a simple meal in the kitchen. It was very easy checking in and out with the codes and super close to the train station.

Convenient location. Apartment is clean and comfortable; a bit small but has everything needed for our stay.

Overall we had a very good stay here. The apartments are adjacent to the Hotel L and you can purchase breakfast at the hotel if you like (its a fairly good breakfast, we went there once). The apartment has a sitting room, small galley kitchen, bathroom and bedroom so there is a fair bit of room to spread out (more than most hotels I would say). The check-in/out is pretty easy, although you don't get the access code until shortly before your stay begins. There are a few restaurants and a grocery store within 5 minutes (not a ton of restaurants but highly recommend Grappolo D'uva Italian nearby). The building is right next to the subway/bus/train station, which is very convenient for getting around. The windows are very soundproof so you cannot hear the trains; however - and here is the reason I didn't give 5 stars - it was quite warm in our room (June) so we had to have the window open, meaning we could hear the trains through the night. We could not cool the room off sufficiently because there is no control for (cooling) temperature. There is a thermostat and you can turn the dial to increase the fan speed, but unfortunately that doesn't change anything. I called ApartDirect (they were relatively easy to get a hold of via phone as well as email) and they informed me that the temperature controls were managed globally for the entire building so (despite the thermostat/fan control in the room) there is no way to adjust this for your own room. We did find a small fan to use.

decent place to stay for a week with everything we needed available including access to laundry without extra charge. very convenient location to get in and out of Stockholm and our apartment had great views of the city.

The stay was amazing for the reasonable price. The location is also good near to the train station and supermarket. Definitely recommend for a short stay.

The place was great however the apartment we stayed in (4 people) was defo just a two person room. It's one room with a bed, sofa bed and kitchen all together. Very small, saying this though it did it's job well, was close to the event and clean. Next time we will book more in advance to get the proper 4 person rooms

Very easy to get in and close by train station, area is quiet but the hotel is not. You can hear everyone talking and running outside into the night. Bed isn't too comfortable, otherwise you get what you paid for.

I booked the expensive apartment but it was cold inside I asked to switch and got smaller one with lots of scratches on the floor . No one got back to me to refund the difference between the rooms prices.

We needed a stay close to Stockholmsmässan, and this was exactly as we required as it was just a short walk away (less than 10mins). There was a small supermarket on the corner, basic cooking facilities in the room, and a few places to eat in walking distance (or on Uber Eats). Room was very clean, easy to access, all in all we would definitely stay again.

It was great. Only the Sofa bed was soooooooo not comfortable. But I think it was....Henrik... may not have been that name, but someone organised a single bed to go into the room that was way better. Apparently, we were lucky it was available. We were told that the sofabed are due to be replaced after New Years. Thank goodness! Parking was a bit tricky in that there were no more parking available for us and we had to organise parking seperatley which could have been problematic. However, due to the quiet period, it was not on this occasion.

A safe and quiet place to stay for a weekend trip There is also good wifi. There is a laundry room on floor 10, so it's very convenient. Take out garbage on the floor 1 or near the elevator of your own floor. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and other toiletries if you need them since the bathroom only includes liquid hand soap and body wash. The instructions on how to enter the apartment and your room were simple and clear. I love the technology and how everything is digital and efficient. I ordered a coffee package while booking a room, and it was on a table when I arrived in there. I absolutely loved that! Overall, a good stay. There room I was given had a lot of giant pink-ish stains on one of the walls. I really liked that it is quiet and the technology involved made it very safe. This hotel is located in an excellent location because you can do some shopping and get groceries nearby. You can also easily just walk to the Stockholmsmässan center.
