Yes. It was comfortable, clean and the staff were helpful. Nice breakfast also.

Bed was unchanged from the previous occupant, there were hairs in the bed and an unpleasant smell from the bedding and pillows. I asked for the bedding to be changed and explained the reason why, the response and look which I got from the person at the desk was as if I shouldn't have mentioned it.

Stayed 6 nights. Great staff - fast and friendly check in. Coffee and water available in lobby. Excellent restaurant in hotel. Buffet breakfast are wonderful and cover range of different appetites. Some days skipped lunch I was still ful. Uber service is new in Sweden, but worked well, with $8-12 rides around Lund. Highly recommend!

Nice property and staff. One minor problem, the toilet paper holder in the small bathroom was broken and the paper was falling off.

During our long road trip we have visited many hotels. I have to say this one surprised me with two bedrooms connected with twin beds so our boys could also have a good bed. We have seen so many properties that advertise beds but then offer a sofa-bed or roll-out beds. This was certainly great quality beds and we rested well during the night. Very grateful!

Annoying not to have free parking, considering the hotel location was basically an industrial estate. Restaurant was closed but was told we could order delivery. When asked if we could eat it downstairs — we were told no, and had to eat in the room.

This place was the worst. The staff made me wait out in the cold with no one at the desk to open the door I stood for 20 mins freezing my butt off as the staff was nowhere to be found. While there the rooms were freezing. They do not turn on the heat. I complained and they gave me a little heating unit I was still cold. It was ridiculou. I switched rooms thinking this would help I even upgraded to a higher room. No that didn't work room was even colder 2 heaters did nothing. The TV Remote didnt work I had to make 4 trips up and down the elevator the staff was fooling around it seems on the job in the back rooms. I complained to staff they did nothing. They yes'd me and believed their reckless employee over me the customer. The night staff guy late at night should get a raise a nice young gentlemen too good for that hotel the rest of them were terrible. The management there is zero! the place had no customers I can see why. Big 4-5 star farce stay far away! this place is a disgrace to customer service. The breakfast food was not good. The chef was a nice but the food quality the made him make was' good again management this place I give a zero! When I asked for a small credit of $40 for all the time i lost running up and down elevators on a night where I had limited time to watch tv because I had to get up in morning they ruined my evening the staff was too busy doing hanky panky in the back it sure looked like it I left notes, I called I went down 4x no remote issue pathetic!

Good business hotel outside the center of Lund on the ring road. The food was also very good and the staff helpful and friendly.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff ready to help if you need. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The only minus ( at least for me) is the hotel doesn't have a parking and you have to rely on the nearby parking which has the advantage that is close. But the paying machine is a little bit confusing to use. Definitely recommend this hotel!!!

They don’t have their own parking. And parking was so expensive. I paid 650SEK for the 4-5 days.

Great breakfast buffet, outstanding location, safe and secure, nicely equipped, clean rooms with great ammenities.

Staffs are really friendly and willing to help. For the room, I can hear some noise from the room beside, but it’s not a big deal for me. In total I enjoy the stay!
