Great location, fabulous room but the thing that really made the stay stand out was the quality of the breakfast. There was a huge choice of breads, cheeses, meats, cereals and hot food- Scandinavian specialities as well as generic European/ UK ones. And soy milk for my vegan friend

Self check in number did not work and only managed to get through front door because a staff member let us in but the code didn't work for room. Had to add credit to my phone to call hotel for a new code. Room was OK and location was good

The hotel is very basic. There is no concierge and so anyone can walk in and out of the building if they follow someone in. The work/dining area and the kitchen was not cleaned regularly and felt dirty. The rooms are cold and heating is not efficient. Limited services so if you run out of toilet tissue or towels or dirty sheets it takes a while to get them.

Was a decent hotel with nice rooms... but it felt more like a hostel.
The house felt a bit run down... and there is a nightclub quite close... but we didn't notice it on our stay.
So in general, it was a good stay if you only want to sleep.

There was a slight mixup during check-in as we hadn't received the building access and room information. I called the hotel number but it went straight to voice mail. I then wrote to the hotel via their Facebook page and surprisingly we received a reply and access details within minutes. The person apologized and I believe it was a genuine mixup so all was well that ended well. Please double check to make sure you get room and access details on the same day of check-in otherwise do reach out to them.

Check in was not good, you're supposed to receive an email or SMS with the room number and door code, that never arrived. Luckily an employee was there to help (unmanned self check in property), but I had to wait for her to finish her cigarette break. The room was ok, none of the 3 beds were made, but sheets were provided, bathroom smelled of urine. Thin walls meant that we heard everything going on next door, and street noise meant we heard people fighting and throwing up at 3am. Not a great stay.

No tea and coffee making facilities, dirty bedding, unfriendly staff...You can't even make a cup of tea in the kitchenette as nothing is provided. No hair dryer. No breakfast or parking. The rooms are also TINY

H5 är prisvärt men enkel. Man måste veta och väga in att det finns flera nattklubbar i samma hus, så bullerstörningar är kraftiga på helgerna.
