Hotell Rättvik

Good location.

Nice size room. Good stop on the way from Stockholm to Ostersund / Are. Right next to the train station and the lake.

It was really nice and unexpected. Super nice staff. I think the menu and food were lacking but it was still a cute little vibe.

This was a convenient hotel for our trip to Dalhalla. The weekend we were there there was a car meet but the hotel did their best to mitigate any noise and actually the atmosphere in the town was really exciting.

Great hotel and comfortable stay - excellent location and they put on food after the concert in Dalhalla - nice touch. Tip, if you're getting a shuttle bus to Dalhalla you need to book this 24 hrs before - may be best booking parking this early too.

We only stayed one night. The hotel was really good, not very big but had everything that we wanted. A big free carpark, lovely comfy bed and nice bathroom and very clean everywhere. The American diner underneath the hotel was a great feature and definitely different. We did try it and enjoyed the fast food style, it made a nice change. Also breakfast in the diner had lots of choice so we didn’t go hungry.

Newly renovated room, comfy beds, very clean, heating in the bathroom floor etc. The staff was very nice and the restaurant below had good food and breakfast. It was kinda hot outside 25+ and the rooms were quite warm. The only bad thing was that they lacked AC but remember that Sweden is usually not that hot so AC shouldn't be a must!

Room was modern and well looked after. Good to have a kettle and fridge. By lake and close to everything. Good parking. Breakfast poor - food cold and not the best choice. Rooms could be noisy due to traffic but not a problem later in the evening. Room could benefit from a blackout blind.

Rummet var dåligt städat, väldigt dammigt. Trevlig personal. Sköna sängar. Bra och nära parkering. Minus matos -friterat.

Det här är definitivt en av de bästa hotellupplevelserna jag har haft. Priset på runt 900 kronor känns nästan magiskt med tanke på vad man får. Dessutom finns gratis parkering precis utanför, och läget mitt i centrala Rättvik är perfekt. Jag hittade hotellet när jag skulle besöka en kund i området och såg att det hade fått toppbetyg överallt. Efter att ha bott här förstår jag verkligen varför – det är mer än bra, det är fantastiskt. En av de saker som verkligen gör stället speciellt är den amerikanska hamburgerrestaurangen i 50-talsstil. Det är inte alls som en vanlig snabbmatskedja som Max eller McDonald's. Här känns det mer som en restauranglounge – man nästan förflyttas till USA på 50-talet med inredning, musik och tavlor. En riktigt häftig upplevelse. Man checkar dessutom in direkt i restaurangen och tar sedan hissen upp till rummen. Allt känns fräscht och modernt – ny hiss, nyrenoverade rum och heltäckningsmatta som ger en riktig hotellkänsla. Rummen är också väldigt bra. Underbara sängar, en fantastisk duschkabin och en helt rimlig och fräsch toalett. Fönstren är dessutom väldigt välisolerade. Jag hade rum mot vägen men hörde inte minsta motorljud under natten. Personalen är också otroligt trevlig och tillmötesgående, vilket gör att man känner sig välkommen direkt. Och det bästa av allt – här slipper man den där lite snobbiga hotellkänslan med kostymklädda receptionister och flashiga bilar utanför. Här är det avslappnat, genuint och riktigt trevligt.
