We have stayed at this charming family run hotel many times and will certainly come back. Location in the centre of the ancient village of Tällberg is beautiful and very convenient for exploring and enjoying lovely views and historical buildings by lake Siljan.

Beautiful location in Dalarna. We spent all our time touring the quaint little towns and the Dala Horses being carved and painted in Nusnas, went to Mora and toured the Zorn Museum. We enjoyed fine dining at Akerblads. The service was fantastic just wished we had time to enjoy the spa.

Amazing spa with pool and sauna. Extremely cozy hotel atmosphere and plenty of fireplaces. Food is very good as well. We had the char and as a starter a great roe on toast.

The hotel facilities was very nice, but the food and the service at dinner was disappointing. The menu wasn’t the same as advertised for their tasting menu online, we had three different waiters, one rather rude and all of them quite incompetent when it came to knowledge about what they were serving us. Didn’t get to taste the wine either before they poured it. They poured different wines in the same glass and cleared plates before we were done. The food was eatable, but quite cold and you got the impression that it had been mass produced and waiting on the table for quite sometime before being served. The rooms were small and the bed uncomfortable and hard. The facilities were cozy and the spa and the gym was to a very nice standard.

Helt magiskt!! Supervacker utomhus miljö som är svårslagen, och byggnader med historia. Äldre skick, men med stor charm och förträfflig personal med stor känsla för service. Vi spenderade en natt, och fick frågan direkt vid ankomst om vi ville ha vickning redo efter vårt kvällsbesök på Dalhalla. Underbara räkmackor fanns att hämta upp vid 01 snåret och personalen var återigen lika bra på natten som på dag.
Frukosten var gudomlig, med alla tänkbara alternativ, lyxigt serverade för att plocka sina favoriter att starta dagen med.
Mysig SPA och relax som vi nyttjade innan hemgång på utcheckningsdag.
Rekommenderar starkt för de som vill ha en unik upplevelse i en gammaldags svensk gårdsmiljö, där man verkligen kan finna lugnet i en ombonad innemiljö, och njuta av den vackra naturen, SPA avdelning, god mat, och utmärkt service.

En lugn tyst stuga på egen hand är bra, synd att den vette mot norr, aldrig sol på rätt sida.
Mördarsniglar i massor som till och med klättrade på väggar och dörr.
