We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our time in Stockholm. The rooms are on the smaller side, so we ended up booking an additional room. Our older kids were fine with the bunk beds, but for four adults (or nearly adults), the room felt a bit too tight. Families with younger children would probably find it much more manageable. The only other thing we wished for was windows that could be opened. Stockholm’s weather in July was beautiful, and it would have been nice to let in some fresh air. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. We’d just recommend considering two rooms if you’re traveling with older children or four adults.

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Good shower. Location was out of the main tourist are but it was easy to get into the main islands with the tram stop just outside of the hotel. Great hotel for the price.

Excellent hotel super close to the center of Stockholm!! So many benefits to this hotel! Tram right outside - super easy to reach Gamla Stan or really any part of the city. (10 minutes to Gamla Stan). The rooms were excellent and bright with large windows. cleaned every day. We loved the large Lobby with tons of seating areas. Breakfast was great! We also found the staff extremely helpful and kind. Always happy to provide recommendations and answer any questions 24/7. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return to this hotel. Stockholm is a very expensive city and we were fortunate to find this amazing hotel so close to everything!

The location is not in a very interesting part of Stockholm. The rooms were very quiet, which was excellent for sleep. The bathroom had only hand wash in the bathroom and shower, we bought shampoo and conditioner in the nearby shop. The breakfast is free if you book through the hotel, which we tried to do but the website was not very good. So we booked through Expedia, and had to pay for the buffet. I would choose a different hotel if I returned to Stockholm.

Conveniently located right in front of public transport. You are 30 minutes away from the action. The room is small and the bed too soft for us.

We had the family room with a queen and a sofa bed. I don’t think the sofa bed was that comfortable for my teenage boys, but I think for little kids it would be great. The staff was very friendly. Also thought our room was a little hot because of its size and probably small AC unit given its size. but the family room, other than being hot, was nice and spacious. One of the best things about the hotel is that the tram literally stops right in front of it so it is very very convenient to get around in and there’s a grocery store right next-door which is also super convenient. I had planned to use the gym but never did so I didn’t get to check it out.

Breakfast was plentiful. Room was very clean. Shower was great. Hotel is located right next to a Metro stop. There is also a fairly large supermarket at the end of the same block. I would definitely go back.

Weren't able to help me with a booking issue. Lost 2 nights for nothing. Plus, the room temperature was very hot, and unconformable during the night. They gym also had both treadmills broken.
