The hotel is in a good location, the front desk staff and the restaurant servers during dinner were friendly. The breakfast was great, the cleanliness in the lobby and restaurant was good however, the rooms, and hallways cleanliness and tidiness were not good at all. We stayed at the hotel for four days our sheets were not changed at all. On the first day we accidentally spilled some snacks/potato chips on the floor that could not be picked up by hands needed vacuum. The spilled snacks were never cleaned up by cleaning crew until the last day. The garbage bins in our room were not emptied everyday only the one in bathroom was emptied. The hotel seems to be in a desperate need of upgrades for air circulation in the hallways and rooms. The hallways were smelly and you could smell every single room smell through the hallways, and also the carpet smells were bad. If we took showers there was no fan or vent to exchange the air we had to deal with steam and the condensation for hours. We had the room window open almost at all time to help with air circulation which was cold sometimes in October. The mattress was like a soft mattress topper instead of an actual mattress and we were sinking in and had to deal with back pains. The electric kettle lid in our room could not shut close while boiling water which could be unsafe if unattended. The teas in the room were not refilled at all.

The room was very tiny. We fit, but very typical of European hotels. The reason I mention it has to do with the other 3 hotels we stayed in while visiting Sweden. They were all much bigger. The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The hotel is VERY close to the train station, 8-minute walk. Also, it is very close to many restaurants, town center, and oldest church in Malmö. We weren't happy with no shower door, but dealt with it. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't have a car so I can't say anything about parking other than it is not on sight. I would recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel where the staff were really helpful. Great location for us. Breakfast options were really good, although more options at the weekend than during the week (first breakfast Sunday) As the weather was so warm our room was too, obviously hotel can't help that. The rooms aren't huge, but then we were out exploring most of the time. Great value for money at this hotel.

Stayed here whilst visiting copenhagen Hotel isnt a 4star as advertised very poor conditions Had to go reception as my room key stopped working and the bloke who works nights was amazing he gave me 4 different rooms due to same problem

The staff was friendly and helpful especially the male who worked on Monday night (don’t remember his name). **my stay was okay but I didn’t like that there was no AC, otherwise this hotel is very convenient

We loved our stay at this hotel and the surrounding area of Malmö. We had a really welcoming greeting as soon as we arrived with the receptionist offering several recommendations where to visit. With a 10 minute walk to the centre, train and bus station the location was great. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. We arrived in the heat of summer and it was hot in the rooms, although fans were available. It made sleeping difficult but no more than at home. The bathroom on initial appearance looked tired but served its purpose. That said, it was clean and hot water was immediately available in the shower so no complaints. When i booked, I warned my family not to expect too much with breakfast as it was included in the price. How wrong was I! There was so much choice and such good food on offer. There was yogurts cereal, fresh fruit, bacon, eggs sausage, MEATBALLS and pastries. It kept us going throughout the day and i really like that it was served most of the morning. Free tea and coffee was also available all day. I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel. The price was reasonable and the hotel gave so much more than i was expecting. Thank you so much for a pleasurable stay and we hope to see you and beautiful Malmö again soon.

We found the hotel clean, close to transport and with many food options nearby. The room was spacious and clean. Great shower and comfy bed. Close to the town square as well.

I liked the location, less than 10 minute walk from central train station and it was a convenient location to walk most of the city. They had a comfortable lobby with coffee, tea, and cookies. Generally, we don’t hang out in the lobby, but we did here. It was a nice place to hang out outside of the room. And, for me, a vegan, it had fantastic true vegan products for breakfast, a rarely when traveling abroad.

Enjoyed my stay here! Good points: Convenient location Clean room Very comfortable bed (soft like a cloud!) although one side of the bed the mattress was very dipped. Amazing pillows Great shower Tea/coffee in the lobby was a nice touch Breakfast was great! Everything you could possibly want (hot selection, continental, cheeses, smoked salmon, yoghurt, juices, smoothies) Sustainable ethos Need improvement: Dates decor (sad looking carpets) Only half a shower screen so bathroom got flooded easily (could do with a sliding door or curtain) Mattress a bit dipped. Would definitely stay here again
