Huge room. Well located for restaurants and train. Nice breakfast

They let us checkin an hour early which was nice to rest after our long flight! Room was spacious and breakfast included was good. The hotel was in a great location, would stay here again!

Large, comfortable room in a central location. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of foods. The room was well soundproofed, but if you prefer to have windows open at night there is pretty loud music from the restaurant below at night. This was a good base for our first trip to Stockholm, but next time I would opt for a place not on a major shopping street.

For the price I paid I would expect a better hotel. The room was pretty rundown and dated, with a horribly creaky chair. Breakfast was ok, breakfast room was pretty busy

Location was perfect. On a pedestrian only street. Metro nearby. Plenty of opportunities for shopping for all types of items, from souvenirs to clothing & shoe stores. Lunch & dinner options were right outside your hotel. The hotel breakfast was outstanding. Rooms are smaller but clean & beds were comfy. Some issues with hot water at peak times. Can’t say enough about the staff. They were very helpful answering questions. They also called for taxis for us making sure we got a good rate. It was a great experience.

Location is good! Provide free hot drinks at the reception! The room, flooring and furniture are very run down and old looks very dirty and dusty.

Nina was very accomodating as the desk clerk.

Queens Hotel has excellent service except if you want to get Wi-Fi in your room. I've stayed here twice now, and the second time I was given the smallest room I've ever stayed in, in any hotel in 50 years. I had to move furniture aroundto create a space where I could even open my suitcase. But Stockholm is pricey, and Queens hotel is good value for the money. Excellent location, friendly staff, the breakfast is great and included.

Room was all I needed, Simple but clean. But I would never stay here again. I stay all over Stockholm in small typically interesting hotels, 3-4 times a year. Having had MANY hotel experiences, I know good! This Hotel was strangely unfriendly and offered a weird vibe from staff. A boring lobby and nothing special breakfast. Simply seemed completely uninspired, and when so many choices offers lovely friendly eager to help with great breakfast, fun snacks coffee tea etc, this was not that. In addition, I do not love the location but I know that is a personal preference and what I needed this visit. Next time anywhere but here.

I had a nice, basic, functional room on the first floor. Quiet, facing the internal courtyard. Room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Very basic hotel with no facilities, but I didn’t select that option during my search for a hotel. Great location on the main shopping street. Breakfast is hearty, canteen style self service.

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is always delicious, lots to choose from. Rooms are comfortable and efficient. Perfectly situated, 10 mins walk from train station and Arlanda Express. I’m a repeat customer

The staff especially Anna was amazing. My room was clean. I enjoyed my tea every evening and the breakfast was yummy

Nice hotel in good location, the girl that checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this hotel,

1. One of our rooms was cold and drafty and the hot water didn’t work in the shower. 2. We booked 2 rooms but they did not put us together. There was quite a distance between the 2 rooms.

Amazing location. Unfortunatly the great location brings some noise (easily solved with earbuds) Very nice breakfast. Nice reception staff.

Great location friendly helpful staff. Room serviced daily. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants, attractions and public transport

Location is prime. Room was comfortable and secure. Beds were a little soft for our old backs, but all good. Front desk was really helpful with a lost item. Friendly. Street below can be noisy as it is a major pedestrian passage.

Generally a good hotel, well located. There was no hot water in our room and we then had to change.
