The staff was nothing like I’ve seen before. They were all so nice and accommodating. Anything you asked for they went above and beyond to be helpful. The breakfast was amazing every day. It was a really wonderful stay. Very convenient to the subway and shopping was just a few yards away. Loved everything about it.

Everything is perfect except if you go in summer the room is too hot and no AC they can at least put fans in each room

Overall, a good stay — the hotel is modern and comfortable enough for short or business trips. However, the rooms don’t have a fridge or coffee machine, which is a bit inconvenient for longer stays. Breakfast is fine, fairly standard with decent variety but nothing special. The biggest downside was housekeeping — after a full week, no one came to clean my room or refresh towels. A little more attention to basic upkeep would make the experience much better.

Not happy, as a 3-4 star hotel I was expecting nice room, but was not. Even a refrigerator was not available in the room. I do a lot of travel to different countries, this is my first experience a hotel room with no refrigerator.
