I stayed here 21 years ago and was glad to see with new owners it is still a lovely, quaint place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom remodeled. Wood floors and the classic style is so much nicer than a standard hotel. The breakfast was very good and the location is close to shopping. I will stay again when we visit Norrkoping.

A great boutique hotel walking distance from city center (Söder Tull station, Library and Spiralen Shopping Center). It's also next door to the city swimming centre. Rooms are very fresh with big screen tv. Breakfast is fairly good as well considering the small amount of rooms it serves. Reception not staffed evenings but check-in process was smooth anyway.

Location away from the hustle and bustle of town. Difficult to get into (must call ahead for entry code). Breakfast time us short (over by 9am) and do not go in at 9:05am unless you want to be yelled at. Cleaning staff entered room without knocking 1.15 hours before check out.

Unfortunately I would not recommend or go back. It started by us having almost to cancel because of personal reasons. Then when we arrived to the hotel we found out that the street was under construction. Construction started 7-16. The parking was tight and we could just squeeze in to a parking place. Next we try to check in and paid. Next he says that credit cards are not accepted and that we had to use another card so he “returned” the money but we had uses and it cost us a few extra dollars because of the money exchange. After that when we were on our way to our room we found out from the cleaning lady that it wasn’t done and we had to wait 20 minutes. We were tired and wanted to relax. The room we had was in the basement. It was clean but there was not air flow. When we tried to open the window somebody was smoking so all the smoke went in instead. It wasn’t a good experience.

The room was modern and very comfortable with great shower, fast internet and even chromecast. Breakfast left us slightly disappointed because there were no eggs with bacon. The staff is very polite and nice but goes home after 19.00 and can only be contacted via mobile. I would prefer to have staff available at all times. Parking overnight costs 60 sek. Considering Stockholm prices, I found this place a little overpriced. (935kr for a double room + 60kr parking).

The owners are remarkably friendly and welcoming. It really feels like a home away from home. The breakfast offers a wide selection of fresh fruit juices and a variety of ecological choices plus home baked bread. Altogether a perfect choice!

Superb property with great facilities. It has a very large sitting room downstair, sauna and a large kitchen with single hob, microwave and basic cooking utensils and crockery. Lovely rooms, area to sit in in the garden and on the veranda and parking. Close to town and an easy tram ride from the station or a 30 minute walk.The only downside is never seeing anyone at reception, you have to ring the bell or call them if you want them.
