Beautiful hotel in an ideal area of town for public transportation, dining, shopping, & walking most anywhere. Staff were very kind & super helpful. Room was clean. I didn’t eat at hotel, but the Juice Bar with coffee was brilliantly convenient & used every morning of my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room ready hours before check in time on a long weekend. We also appreciated the complimentary cocktail. The room was large and beautiful with a view of the water. Comfortable bed, impeccable service. Thank you!

Rude, felt like they didnt want to help , they kept pointing everytime my mother was asking for help , they didnt even say anything just point while others were being greeted and welcomed .. they were wonderful to me, but I wasn't wearing a head scarf

I had booked a larger Romm with bigger beds to habe more space. they gave me a room with single beds, and the hotel's lamplight was shining into the room.

Staff is okay but a reception guy who helped with our check in is honestly very serious instead of being kind. Room doesn’t have a city view as indicated on Expedia and the staff said they would report (hopefully), but anyway it’s disappointing. We didn’t try the breakfast buffet as it’s a bit pricy however the too good to go they provided is basically the worst I have ever had with mushy cucumber and rotten cheeses - kids really couldn’t eat them.

Not a Sheraton! This hotel does not have the look and feel of a Sheraton. The rooms are poorly lit, crowded with overwhelming decor, do not provide even a free instant coffee, the check-in staff is unfriendly, and other than the location would not reccomend this hotel. Additionally, after we checked out they sent us a bill for a breakfast that we never had. After sending them multiple email with no response I called Marriott Bonvoy to open a case. They finally refunded the erroneous charge with no apology or explanation. If you've ever been to any Sheraton and expect the Sheraton experience, you will be disappointed with this one. Do not recommend.

Beautiful room and hotel and lovely views over the water. Designed excellently. Location couldn’t have been better and the bar and food in the hotel were also fantastic (except hot drinks were limited in selection for non coffee drinkers compared to local options). Only downside was the sauna being closed which we didn’t know at time of booking and was a big reason we stayed. But will return to try again another time!

The Sheraton was in an incredibly convenient location for the Arlanda Express (we had an overnight layover and took the express downtown to sleep and explore a bit), the old city, etc. The room was clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable (we had two double beds as we were traveling as a family). Not much else you could ask for.

Mattress cover on both beds were full of black hairs. I asked them to change the bedding, then went to dinner. when I returned 3 hours latter nothing had been done. When I asked why at the front desk they told me the bedding had been changed. I had to show housekeeping the issue before they agreed it was a problem. By this time it was 10pm. When paying these prices a person should not have to argue about getting a clean bed.
