Franklin House

This was a decent stay. We were hoping to save some money by going this route instead of a hotel for overall price and a kitchen, and we did save money! There is major construction happening next door, so that was loud, and no AC, though we did find a window unit in the closet that saved the day. There were also stand fans. There is a garage space included, but it is for a very compact car, so plan accordingly. Overall, the apartment got the job done. Amazing? No. Good enough, yes. We weren't in the room a lot. The kitchen was very well stocked for anything you might want to cook. You can walk to the grocery store (Lidl) in about 15 mins, so you can really save a lot of eating money. I would recommend a cheat sheet for the trash sorting- that was confusing! We were dropping a student off at Franklin, and they explained it to her, so that's how we figured out the trash. If you need a decent place with a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms near Franklin, this is a good place. Bring a little car! Oh and stairs, you need to be able to handle stairs for this place. A cover for the sofa would be good too. It's mismatched and has some holes.
