Perfect hotel in Interlaken with easy access to train, bus and walking the town. The room was clean and comfortable, the balcony had great views of the mountains and paragliders, and the breakfast was a nice touch.

It’s located right cross the street of Interlaken west station, which is on Main Street. You can find many restaurants, shopping but on same time it’s very quite. Rooms are very clean, modern and sizes are pretty spacious. We loved stay there. All staffs are very friendly and helpful.

My 76 year old mother and I just finished a three week tour in Europe. We stayed at Hotel Bernerhof from August 14th -17th and it was by far the best experience of any. Absolutely everyone at the hotel was helpful, friendly and went above and beyond for their quests. The location was perfect with a three minute walk across the street to catch the train to Grindelwald or anywhere else on your list. There were plenty of restaurants, bakeries and shops all within a short walking distance and the walk through the old town to lake Brienz was an easy, flat 40 min. walk. The rooms were impeccably clean and quaint with lovely furnishings. We were fortunate enough to have a room on a higher level with gorgeous views of rooftops and mountains and a gorgeous sunrise. The breakfast was fantastic with many options available. The complimentary specialty coffee/tea machine was such a welcome surprise with access day and night. The only drawback was the heat wave we came in. Unusual for Interlaken, and unfortunately our room’s air conditioning wasn’t working. This however wasn’t a problem as a fan was provided in our room and the cooler nights and mountain air made it no problem at all. I would highly recommend Hotel Bernerhof to anyone travelling staying in Interlaken.

This 3 star hotel is just 2 mins from the train station called Interlaken West. The small lobby provides free water & hot drinks next to the check in counter. The staff is very happy to also offer directions/tips to the attractions nearby. A bus stop is conveniently located just 2 mins away too. Simple but hearty breakfast is included in my stay. My room type is called Standard Room that’s without aircon. Only a small tv but no amenities like toothbrush, etc

Perfect Location especially if you are traveling with a lot of luggage… Train/Bus station just steps away… Lots of Restaurants and Shops walking distance as well. Staff very accommodating. Breakfast was the same for 2 days in a row but at least they provide breakfast. Complimentary water as and coffee in the lobby.

Had a very good stay. The view from the room was beautiful. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the friend desk explained everything in details to us. The complimentary coffee at the reception was enjoyable. They also let us keep luggage for the day. It is walkable distance from the station. Will stay again.

Reception desk Awesome! Doreen and other staff very helpful and very friendly. Shopping, dining station, vus stop all close by. Coffee, tea all available in the lounge area. Kettle in room as well to make tea and coffee. Very comfortable experience. Room was spacious enough for 2 with AC and also bathroom and shower spotless.
