The large rooms are spotless, the bed comfortable, and the AC works! The room was completed refreshed each day of our 3 night stay and the supplies fully restocked. The reception staff (Charles and his team) and warm, friendly, and as accommodating as possible in every way (free water whenever requested, maps, directions, silverware to use at the lobby tables, money changing, information and directions for the laundry mat, etc.). If you are looking to explore old town Bern and other areas of Switzerland, the location could not be more perfect. It is a short walk from the rail station and right at the edge of old town Bern. We explored all over old town and used the trains to visit Lucerne, Interlaken, and other locations. It was absolutely perfect! This was the BEST hotel stay we have had on our 4 week journey through Europe.

Excellent hotel to stay when visiting Bern. Very close to the Bern Central Train Station 3 minutes walk. The Hotel
is very clean. Staff were all excellent and attentive. Everything you need to see in Bern is within walking distance from
the hotel. Our Room is spacious and very functional. We love there shower system. Wifi is ultra fast. Free chocolates at the front desk. its not lindst but it is still
delicious.

Great location close to train station. Do not expect a 4 Star hotel, good 3 stars and very friendly staff. Special mention to Charles! The hotel has no lobbly but a shared entrance with a beauty parlour. You get better options closet to main atractions with better facilites.

This hotel was a lovely upscale gem. We enjoyed it very much. Excellent staff who were warm and welcoming and anticipated our every need. Perfect location for coffee shops, wandering the city, visiting museums, and eating at Zoe (which we also recommend!).

Beautiful hotel in a great location. 3 minute walk from Bern train station. Conveniently located to many great restaurants and shopping.
