Great location!

Single room for just one night in geneva and it was perfect, very clean, great location for train station and bus depot. 10 min walk into old town.

It's a basic hotel that serves it's purpose, opposite the station and 10 minutes walk to the Lake. Room was clean spacious and comfortable.

Room was clean and well maintained. Great location across from the from the train station and easy walk to other sights and Old Town Geneva. It was a perfect option as a solo traveler.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially considering the premium price we paid. We arrived at the hotel around 8:00 a.m., fully understanding that check-in was not until 3:00 p.m. We left to explore the city and returned after 3:00 p.m. At 3:15 p.m. we were told our room was not ready. We waited patiently in the lobby and checked again at 3:45 p.m., only to be told it still wasn’t ready. We asked the staff to simply let us know when it became available since we were waiting nearby, but we felt completely overlooked and ignored. Eventually, after speaking with the manager, we were given a room in what turned out to be a newly constructed wing of the hotel. While it was nice to be the first guests in a brand-new room, no one informed us that the wing was still surrounded by active construction. For all four days of our stay, we were awakened each morning by loud drilling, construction noise, and ongoing work directly outside our room. There was no advance notice, no apology, and no effort to manage our expectations. The staff seemed to treat the disruption as though it were completely normal. We are not people who typically complain, and we chose to make the best of our stay rather than repeatedly going to the front desk. However, paying full price for a hotel room while enduring construction noise every morning is simply unacceptable. The customer service throughout our stay was poor, communication was lacking, and there was little concern show

This was a nice hotel conveniently located across the street from the main train station. While I liked the convenience, I wish I stayed in a hotel overlooking the lake.

Nice Geneva city hotel right across from Geneva train station, easy to find, clean, breakfast on the 1st floor, helpful front desk staff. They give you a Geneva pass as well which is valid for a day for transport around town. 7 minutes by train to Geneva airport.

Hotel Suisse is well located on the north side of Geneva within easy walking distance to city center. It is older but clean. Breakfast is nice and I recommend purchasing it with your stay. Elevators are very small but there is a relaxed spiral staircase. The reception mostly speaks French (as does all of the Canton of Geneva) but you can get by with key English words. Single rooms are small and I was grateful for the 3 speed room fan. The bathroom had an adequate shower but only 3 service towels: shower entrance; hand; and one large bath towel. The hotel is a stark contrast to the Intercontinental (going from a 5 star to a 2 to 3 star hotel), but the price was right for a weekend extension of my stay in Geneva. Recommended for economy minded who just want a safe, basic place to stay for a day or three.

Nice clean room and quiet even though directly opposite the train station. Perfectly easy to walk to lake and a supermarket 2 mins walk away.

Great hotel. 2 minutes from the train station and only a 5 minute walk to the lake. Would stay here again.
