Our family of four (two parents, two kids) stayed here and found it just okay. It feels a bit outdated (small TV, older cabinetry) and was not as clean as we found other properties in Switzerland to be. Restaurant staff seemed green. Airport shuttle was frequent and reliable.

This is a very old and tired property. Old carpets, dark hallways, heavily beat up surfaces in room. Breakfast was dramatically overpriced for a very average hotel breakfast. Clearly this hotel is surviving on demand from stranded airport travelers or conference goers. Shuttle is only if you call, which hotel does not communicate anywhere. Travelers should call when they have bags rather than waiting indefinitely at the shuttle stand.

Do not waste your money on an overpriced hotel in which nothing works. Let’s start with the shuttle driver who refused to lift luggage into the van because his shoulder hurt. Why is he even working, then? The TV was broken on arrival and had to be replaced with one from the 1980’s. The air conditioning did not work either — the temperature in the room never made it below 80. Housekeeping removed the shampoo and soap and forgot to replace it. A meal the size of a Lean Cuisine was $50. And the front desk refused to break a €100 bill — they would only convert it to Swiss francs for a fee. This all happened in 2 days — and $1000 later. They did provide a free metro pass… But nobody ever checks for tickets on the Geneva metro.

Stayed here as was diverted from Zurich. Got in very late. Staff at desk was helpful. Got to room. Looked dated and in need of renovating. Carpet looked stained. Turned down bed and there was a stain on the sheet. It had been washed but was still stained right at the head of the bed. Shouldn't use sheets like that. Pillows smelled of other people's heads. Bathroom nice but cracked tiles on floor and in shower. Tiles on bathroom wall and floor grouting had mold. For a hotel of this quality and price I expect a lot better.

It was fantastic 2 day stay at Mövenpick. Indeed it served us so well right from the time we moved in till we checked out. Their shuttle service was timely & very useful. The gentleman who was at the steering was extremely nice. Breakfast morning was wonderful with so many items on the menu. Thanks for all the comfort that we received at every steps of our stay. This hotel provided a nice sized room with a very convenient location to the airport. It was also an easy walk to the free tram to get into the city center. The room was a bit worn, but it was spacious and well appointed. We had a nice meal at the on site restaurant.

I stayed at the Movenpick hotel while doing winter in Switzerland and I love every minute of it. The rooms were nice. The staff was very professional and I will absolutely book them again for my next trip.
