We were allowed to store our luggages in a locked room before check in. We didn’t have the correct adapter for charging phones and the receptionist lend us an adapter. In the end we purchased it from the hotel. She was very helpful and cheerful all the time. The hotel is nearby to train station. Breakfast was excellent.

Very efficient check-in with Basel Card issued. Basic, clean room with all needed amenities for a short stay. Very well located near the main train station and the tram is just outside. Breakfast had a very good selection of both hot and cold choices. A good choice, thank you.

Great hotel near the SBB station. Staff super friendly and helpful. We stayed there one night before getting to the airport the next morning. They also offer a city : free access to public transportation. So you don't have to pay for the bus to the airport.

Check in was straightforward. We were there earlier than we thought we'd be, and exhausted after our flight. I asked if we could check in early. The answer was yes, for Sfr. 30. I said yes because we were so tired. I feel that was a lot, as the room was not that cheap. But in the long run, what price can you put on a nap? The two ladies at the desk in the evening were super friendly and helpful. The room was compact but very clean.

We checked in at the front desk and took an elevator to our room. We enjoyed seeing Basal the next day using free public transportation. It is a very nice town. We chose not to have breakfast, but I didn’t see where you could grab a cup of coffee. There was no coffee or tea in our room.
