Beautiful hotel, especially the price. I had an early morning flight and was surprised how quickly the shuttle was ready when I needed to leave! The staff was attentive and was happy to supply additional amenities when needed. Room was very clean and modern, and had very good blackout curtains for getting rest early. The only issue I faced was that my door was difficult to ensure was latched, and on one of my brief trips down to the lobby to request amenities, it didn't latch properly when I was exiting, leading to it being open during the period that I was away from the room. However this was partially user error so there is really not much fault to the hotel. Overall a wonderful experience and I will definitely return next time I am needing to stay in Geneva.

Booked this as an emergency last minute room. Check in was 12pm and checkout also 12pm. To sure how that works but they are the times! Great position opposite the airport with a free shuttle bus every 20 minutes. No need to book. Hotel is very modern and well maintained. Friendly helpful staff. Room was small but very clean and comfortable. No space to put our large suitcases. Nice view of the mountains and the World Trade Centre from our room. No airport noise. Fridge in room. Only a few hangers but as this is an airport hotel you wouldn’t need many, but if you’re staying here for other reasons, there’s not really any storage space. USB ports by the beds. My European adapter would not fit into the Swiss plug socket, so hair straightener emergency! - but there was a vending machine in the foyer where I bought one for approx £5. We had club sandwiches in the restaurant which were very tasty ans not a bad price. Other menu items weren’t cheap, especially wine as I expected. Overall a great, stay would 100% recommend.

This hotel is a 10 minute walk from the airport. There is an airport shuttle available. Despite having a room on the airport side of the building I hardly heard jets taking off. The staff was friendly. I was solo. My room was fine for me but a couple may want to upgrade to a bigger room as mine was pretty tight. There was a refrigerator in the room with 2 bottles of water. The bathroom had a great shower. Staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions, providing maps.

The staff was extremely unhelpful. Just to tell where to park for a short while to offload the luggage from the car, the staff showed an attitude, as though we had asked them for a pint of blood. it was true for all 3 Nash properties The only positive was the proximity to the airport and the free shuttle. If the staff had shown a better attitude, the stay would have been good. As my flight got cancelled, i stayed in Crown Plaza, and the staff was very helpful.

Staff was helpful. Arrived late and went directly to bed after cleaning up. Room was alittle warm even when setting theramast on highest setting for cooling. They did send a person from the desk up to check but not anyone to fix it. Appreciated the shuttle to airport and close proximity to the airport.

Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, room was a little snug to have access to both of our suitcases at the same time. The staff was amazing, went out of their way to help and provide information. We had an issue with the second room in our reservation (which appeared to be my fault) and they were able to accommodate us which was a huge relief. The food in the dining room was good. We didn’t have breakfast or utilize the bar during our stay. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a great bonus. We never had to wait more than 20 minutes for it. Overall, we were very happy and comfortable. I would book with them again.
