Excellent place and nice staff very friendly. But make sure to explain that the bathroom and showers are not inside the rooms it’s shared on the floor may be explain with a picture or floor plan.

It was safe, quiet, and not too far from train station. However, the weather was very hot and little was done to mitigate it. A fan would have been invaluable.

Note when booking the rooms that some (like the triple) are shared bathrooms for the floor. It wasn't really a problem in our stay but obviously can be situationally inconvenient, especially overnight. No AC, which during European heatwaves these last few summers makes it very difficult to sleep and relax. Everything in Zurich is very expensive so this hotel may be good value in that light, but compared to almost anywhere else in the world, it is very poor value for the money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast, but did utilize the parking, which was close (not parkade).

We had a room without AC and with a shared bathroom. There was a fan in the room, and the neighborhood was so quiet that we were able to leave the window open, even early in the evening. The shared bathroom was spotless! I was very comfortable using it, and I don’t usually like shared baths.

We were given a shared bathroom room although we thought we had a private bathroom. Great location, clean and helpful staff.

Everything awesome, but no AC. Crazy hot and could catch much sleep because of the heat. Not recommended in summer time

Clean bathrooms!!

Loved my time there. Spotlessly clean, great location (easy walk to Old Town, the main train station, as well as a major tram stop) and extra friendly staff. I had a single room (shared bath) with a balcony. I never once had to wait for a shower or the WC closet. Great value.

This is a great affordable place to stay in Zurich. The hotel does not have air conditioning (as stated in the website) They provided fans instead. The bathrooms are outside the rooms but they are super clean, They have elevators. There is access to public transportation not too far from the hotel. The staff is super friendly and they speak English. We will definitely stay here again. Our room had 3-beds. It was very spacious and it had a balcony where you could sit and enjoy the view of the plaza and the children playing outside. It was very lovely.

It was a great stay! Just note that they do not have air conditioning in the rooms, but they do provide a fan. I still slept well!

No AC! That was a big deal since temperature was very high. Shared bathroom 👎. Staff was very kind.

It was a simple, quick stay before our departure- the receptionist was very helpful. It was also a very quick walk to a nearby station which had trains to the airport. Would stay again!

We had a double which was a little smaller than what you might get in a newer hotel but it was sufficient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

This was a great little hotel. I had a single room with shared bathrooms. The bathrooms were very nice, just a bit hard to get in one in the morning. Otherwise a great place and stay!
