Charming place!

Cleanest city - excellent views

Very clean and quiet. The room was big and comfortable with a large balcony. Easy walk to the Main Street in town.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Eva apartments. The gentleman who assisted us during our stay was very friendly and helpful. The option to do laundry on site was a nice touch. Our room was also well equipped with the basic necessities and made it easy to prepare meals in the room if needed. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

It's an amazing stay for us, from entrance to the room, receptionist is really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended to stay!

Great property only 200m from the Matterhorn Gondola.

It's really just saying good things are good. Of course, each person is different.

Clean and modern room, very solidly built! Easy walk to train station, food, and shopping, but in a quiet part of town. The host/proprietor shared a lot of good information on local hiking options and town history. Highly recommended.

It was a comfortable stay for a week. Bread delivered to order every morning was also very good. It was nice to see the Matterhorn. It was also nice to see the stars in the night sky clearly. Everything was great and nice. I think I made a good choice of accommodation.

This is an amazing place to Stay, we rented a 2 bedroom unit, it gad everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The best past is you can see matterhorn from your bedroom. The other impressive point is its entrance, from the road u need to rake a tunnel about 50 mts , and then an elevator which was dug through the hard rock, and reach rhe units thats built on top of a mountain, it makes a great first impression on you, i will stay here again next time i visit zermatt

Though the elevator is small and a long ride, it adds to the eclectic vibe. Loved our stay and the bread basket is amazing!

The apartment was clean and new. But the service was not great. We asked to raise the room temperature as the room was quite cold and our daughter was feeling a bit ill. But it didn’t change for rest of our stay. Or worse, the heater at the bathroom got turned off next day. We were never asked how the room is or no communication from the staff, and there is no way we know the room temperature as there is no control panel.. Service needs to be improved :(

Really a very nice apartment with a good view of the Matterhorn. I thought apt 6 was on 3rd floor so was a little disappointed when we realised it was on first so view of mountain was a bit obstruted by property in front but that was my fault not double checking in advance.

Our stay was amazing. Great location. Very close to (approximately 5-min walk) Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, it would be the perfect stay if you ski. The apartment itself is cozy and lovely. The balcony and the view is unbeatable. HEAVEN. Would definitely recommend to everyone. THE BEST STAY EVER!

Wonderful dramatic entry way to hotel was beautifully dramatic,and then finding a hinden treasure of the room was Exciting.The view was beautiful..we definitely enjoyed!!!

Beautifully designed modern apartment a couple of minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartments have all been recently refurbished to a very high standard and have everything you could need. You can even order fresh bread (amongst other things) to be delivered every morning. There is a sizeable (communal) spa room with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi baths. When we go back to Zermatt we'll definitely stay here again.

Can’t say enough good things about this place!! Really nice atmosphere, our apartment 001 is really nice with decent sized living/dining, fully equipped kitchen, top brand appliances, bathroom very nice and clean, everything is in a handy place where you just need them, 2 proper sized bedrooms with queen beds, bright wooden floor throughout, everything is just perfect!! The entrance is through a tunnel a bit away from town centre but very close to the chairlift station for Matterhorn express. The heating is floor heating and I found it could be slightly cold in early morning, but not a big issue, it’s very quiet so much better than aircon or central systems like those in hotels which is always too noisy. We could see top of Matterhorn from our room, there’s also a backyard covered in snow and my son enjoyed it. It was a extremely nice experience in Zermatt, we totally loved every minute there. Oh plus, their breads and croissants are so nice, we asked for them everyday. There is a sauna room with steam and jacuzzi, there’s washing machine which costs 2 francs. Can’t wait to go back and try other rooms.

The host is amazing, the location is great (a couple of minutes walk from Dorsaz sports and the Paradise Glacier ski lifts), the room was a bit small - but didn't really need anything more than that, the kitchen was well-equipped. Free coffee. Anything we requested from Johaness - we got with a smile and beyond.
