great friendly staff. very clean rooms with nice view. walkable to shops, cafes and restaurants. many choices on breakfast. only one comment that they mentioned that there is an air conditioning on rooms. but there was not. but they provided Electric fan

Absolutely loved this hotel! We decided to stay here on seeing that it was rated the best ski hotel in the world and we were not disappointed! Everything is seamless, the staff is wonderfully accommodating, breakfast delicious and the location is second to none! Definitely go for the mountain-facing room, so much fun people watching! Cannot wait to return!

A convenient location for the cable cars. Probably a fun, buzzing hotel during the season but off-season it was quiet and Verbier was dead with most places closed. The summer season is concentrated in July and August only.

Visited 2nd week in april to get the last of the snow. Great hotel. We had a double room which the staff happily did German bedding for us. They even had a birthday treat in my room. Nice stylish but by no means lush, it’s more of an arty hotel. The bathtub and shower are open plan in the room so no privacy if you are sharing. We were in room 226 which meant we had to cross the lobby in bath robes and slippers if we wanted to use the spa which we did every night, the doors of the lift opened into the bar which wasn’t great. Ski room on site only a short walk to main Telecabin lift. Great Breakfast Great Artworkin the bar-/restaurant.
