Youth Hostel Solothurn

Checkin was simple and fast! Lockers were enough to fit a luggage and a few small bags. Use 2euro to access key and its refunded when youre done. Rooms have no ventilation unless someone opens a window. So it can get stuffy and stale. Mattresses in dorm room on balcony level are right next to eachother so youre sleeping inches away from someone else without a divider. It wasn't at capacity when I stayed so luckily I didnt have to sleep right beside a stranger. A curtain would make stay much more private. Shower and bathroom areas accommodate both genders but have solid doors and locks so I felt super safe. Bring shower sandals. Only 1 power outlet to accommodate a dorm of up to 9 ppl. Not enough power outlets but you can access top level to charge if you stay with your items. Great value considering continental breakfast and cleanliness! Would recommend as its location is great and its a cute town. Noisy due to other guests constantly going in and out of room or talking loudly. If you stay be mindful of roommates and base yourself out of locker to get things and go through your bags in the hallway rather than in room so you are less disturbing.

Still ok for bachelor

This was a nice hostel. They have an elevator which is nice when you have heavy bags. They also have lockers in the room and one's you can use after checkout. The location is great. The only thing was it had a very late check in time which i didnt understand. You make and strip your own beds.

Sauber, Personal hilfreich. Konnten wunderbar mit Late Check-in anreisen.

Lage super - Unterkunft super, aber zu straight.

Die nicht beaufsigten Kinder haben in der Dusche zu 103 106 den Duschknopf abmontiert. Dieser flog mir ins Gesicht linke Augenbraue dick und blau dem Personal gemeldet Unsauberkeit begründet durch die antiautoritäre Erziehung der Kinder Personal gibt sich Mühe,wenn die Eltern nicht mitmachen ist es dreckig

Alles ideal, auch die Lage. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang! Super Frühstück für eine Jugenderberge. Nur ein Kleiderbügel, um ein feuchtes Kleidungsstück aufzuhängen, fehlte mir im Einzelzimmer. Ein Wasserglas und ein installierter Föhn wäre auch praktisch. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Wir haben Nick Hartman im *"Das Zelt" besucht. Wanderung durch in der Verena Schlucht. Ausflug auf des Weissenstein. Tolle 2 Tage in einem empfehlenswerten Hotel .
