Aeris International Hotel

就是傳說中鬼屋一樣，又臭又髒，整棟大樓陰森森的，連那邊員工看起來也詭異、讓人毛骨悚然

We were wowed by Aeris the first time we stayed there a few years ago. Everything seemed new, spotless and comfortable. This time, although it was still a comfortable stay, we noticed our room looked more aged. The room we stayed in had a carpet with stains and windows that needed thorough cleaning on the outside. The elevators are also small and slow, but that has been our experience in most of Taiwan. Other than the things noted above, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The soundproofing between rooms was actually great - we couldn't hear any of our neighbours. The curtains blocked out the heat and light for a restful sleep. The staff were helpful and friendly, the lobby was nicely decorated and they even put up a Christmas tree and other decorations in December. The breakfast buffet had a medium variety of options that was mostly the same with some items on a day to day rotation. Their cutlery was clean and servers are quick to whisk away your dishes once you were done with them. We love staying here whenever we are in the area.

The hotel is a bit old . While they were nice to let me check in early one thing kinda bothered me at the end . I realize that the check out time is noon. But I really really do not appreciate the phone ringing at 12:00:00 to let me know I need to check out. I can understand if it’s 12:15 and I have not come down yet . But 12:00:00??? It’s gonna hurt the half empty hotel if I am a couple of minutes late ? For that reason alone I would never stay there again

1. The staff are friendly and helpful. 2. The facilities are old but well maintained. 3. I like the bed. It’s soft and comfortable.

Parking lot not enough, staff at parking lot not so friendly, didn’t listen to customer request, just speak what he want to tell.

The design of the property give guest peaceful feeling. Once you exit or enter to or from the lift, guest can see beautiful orchid smiling at you. Pots of Orchid are well taken care by the services crew in the hotel

The hotel was clean, maintained to a good standard, and staff were welcoming. The buffet breakfast was worth the money, with a good selection/variety of well prepared food. The location is an easy and quick uber/taxi ride away from shopping and night markets, and is walkable if you feel like a bit of light exercise. I would use the hotel again with no hesitation.

Carpark is too small

Friendly and efficient staff great buffet breakfast even for a vegan like me. But room had no closet and a useless hanger for your clothes and the lights are almost useless since they are placed in a high ceiling.

Hotel is at excellent location, close to all kinds of restaurants, it is nice to walk around ~ lobby has comfortable sitting area, with floral warmy design; room is neat and clean, surprisingly breakfast provides full selection of western and Chinese foods. Would strongly recommend to people who plan to visit Taichung

空調一直傳出煙味惡臭！而且是在凌晨半夜時，非常噁心，無法入眠。浴室的味道尤其嚴重。除此之外還不錯。

The room is new and spacious. The beds are comfortable. Buffet breakfast is also very good. Elevator is very small and parking is easily full are the only things that can be improved.

The rooms are tidy And comfy. Staff are very helpful and nice. I just asked one question about a location, they were enthusiastic to help and see what else I would like to visit. They even printed me a map with all the locations marked for me. The lobby and bar are nice too. Leisure atmosphere with books and magazines where I could spend time to wait for my friends. Surely will stay in again when I go to Taichung next time. Food was good too.

Decent hotel, small rooms but the water pressure in the bathrooms is very nice! Breakfast buffet was great, good quality food and lots to choose from on a daily basis.

I stayed at Aeris Taichung hotel for six nights. I booked the single bed room. The room is very small, but quite new. There is no closet for hanging/storing my clothes in my room. There is a queen size bed in my room and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is included in the room and it is simple and nice.

Great location, Clean hotel, Modern, and friendly staff.
