The design of the hotel is very beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast choices were good and it took approximately 10 minutes to walk to the historic section of the city.

Its conveniently located near the bus main terminal. The conveniences like starbucks, OK mart and Mcdonalds (about 3 minutes walk away) are around . The staff are friendly and helpful. Really happy people working in the hotel. slightly away from the old street hence the environment is very clean. The front desk helped to get a car ride back to Changhua

房間內的乾淨程度，很有進步空間！入住後向櫃檯人員說陽台很髒還有玻璃窗，櫃檯人員說陽台是不開放的。這個我同意，但窗簾拉開看出去的景像髒的不像話，玻璃也是！後來有請人去清，結果只清洗乾淨了一半，地板清了，玻璃沒清！！！這到底是什麼邏輯啊！還有飯店內部竟然有多處是沒冷氣的，感覺真的很遭糕。一個星級飯店渡假村的早餐，用餐環境竟然用工業電扇在維持空調的不足，這我也是第一次見到的。還有我原本訂的是一大床的雙人房，一個人住。結果給我一個四人房，房價也提高了許多，我也很好奇這是哪一方的問題。我第一次寫這麼多的感想，希望有人可以處理。

大部分都還算不錯，早餐選擇、品質算豐富、地點佳、停車方便。不過隔音不是太好，隔壁房小朋友蹦跳或者家長喝斥聲音蠻清楚的。飲水區櫃子角落、茶盤皆有些微灰塵累積，使用起來會有些彆扭。
