9/10當天21:00入住，預訂2間雙床房型，進入房間後發現整間房間發霉灰塵嚴重，像無人打掃過一樣，迫於太晚無法仔細觀看，當天冷氣根本不涼，反應後直接給予電風扇處理，隔天醒過來ㄧ看房間差點昏倒，電視機整個背面發霉嚴重，整個天花板像黴菌室一樣，難怪整晚皮膚瘙癢，退房時有跟櫃檯反應，只是口頭道歉，並無任何作為。台灣旅遊業者一直抱怨生意難做，但是這種像鬼屋一樣的住宿品質，真的讓人對彰化地區打上很大的服務品質問號。提醒各位不要踩雷

服務人員非常親切有禮,飯店雖舊但是乾淨整齊,該有的傢俱都有,住起來很舒適~免費早餐菜色也不少,吃得很愉快,還有提供報章雜誌供房客使用,NICE!總體來說CP值高,若還有機會造訪員林一定還會再來住的:)

The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from Yuanlin train station, so the location is quite good. You'll also find several restaurants nearby. Staff is generally very friendly and tries to help. Unfortunately, when I asked for a double bed instead of twin during check in they wanted to charge me 760 NT$ extra while usually other hotels don't make a difference between those room types. So I just stayed with twin. Unfortunately the rooms are spacious but there's not much more positive to say: They're not soundproof at all, you can hear any word from the room next door; main light switch for the room is on the corridor accessible to anyone; bathroom is in a desperate shape and urgently needs renovation; and the worst: room cleaning is very bad with visible dirt not being removed (found quite a bit on check in and it also wasn't removed during subsequent room cleaning). A dirty room is a no-go. Breakfast is offered until 9:30 and good in quality but with very poor choice. Three warm dishes plus bacon and white bread as western choice, that's just all. At least it varied every day and tasted pretty good. Be aware that if you come after 9:00 they might already start cleaning up but you'll still get some food. Due to the very bad room I won't stay here again.
