The staffs were super friendly and helpful. The room was great as well just that not much of clothes hanging space. The snack bar full of choices for instant noodles and biscuits. The drinks fridge has lot of choices too including bottle mineral water and sandwiches as well. They even gave a puzzle piece for you to draw and paste on the wall however we were sad as ours dropped and went missing after 2days. They also gave me a birthday card and gifts too.

My stay at Cho Hotel was a great experience. It was near the MRT station so I could easily travel around Taipei. It was near the walking area with bustling shops, food, and hidden places to get ink stamps in your notebook/journal for your travels. The 24/7 access to snacks and drinks were a great help to having quick access to free water and other things. My friend had commented why they hadn't booked at Cho Hotel instead of their accommodation.

The hotel was amazing and the staff were a credit to the company! Amazing customer service and today, when I was checking out offered me a gift to take home which truly made me appreciate the hospitality of the Taiwanese ❤️ I will stay again and highly recommend this place to any traveler! This is a good value-for-money hotel. By “good value,” I mean that it is good for the price, not that it can be compared to other 5-star hotels. Although it was reasonable for the price, the room was cold because the heating did not work properly. I asked for an extra blanket, but it was still chilly. There was some mold in the shower room, and because the building is quite old, there was a musty smell. Most importantly, the room was very, very small. There was no space to open a suitcase and no closet to hang clothes. This hotel is really suitable for one person looking for a cheap place to stay. The good points were that the staff were very friendly, and there is a snack bar and a relaxation area on the second floor, which was nice.
