Cingjing Hanging Garden

The staff was great and very nice and kind to us! The room itself had everything we needed but it is an old building where sounds in other rooms can easily be heard and the plumbing seems like it needs updating. That being said I quite enjoyed my stay especially for the price!

The supper and breakfast is excellent. Probably , you can provide choice for breakfast besides standard menu

The hotel cleanliness is poor. Very noisy throughout the midnight as you can hear it from upstairs and staircase.

Everyone in the property is very nice. The property looks nostalgic with good condition. Surprisedly it serves great and free breakfast and tea! The overall experience is awesome!

Location is gd. Hotel is generally ok. Dinner at hotel is prefect with complimentary red free.

Staff there made you feel like home, they're friendly & helpful.

Decent stay in double bed room. Complimentary biscuits provided between 9 to 11pm were nice. Breakfast is nice too with wide spread of choice. We had our dinner at the resort with 12% discount. It’s a full course meal with reasonable price from appetiser, soup, bread, salad, main course and desserts. Warm hospitality from the receptionist (陈小姐). She arrange a free transport for us from Hanging garden to The Old England and from Old England to Cingjing farm. We had a free access to the garden in Old England for Hanging garden customer. Starbucks, convienvent store and restaurants are within walking distance. Cons are the bed was soft and dead insects in the room.

Beautiful resort with really incricate and gorgeous decoration. The amenities were well provided as well. The staff were really hospitable, sincere and very willing to help us when required!

The stay was relatively comfortable, the meals (Supper and Breakfast) are quite up to the standard, just that there were ants in the room in some places of the room which is quite obvious and the bathtub after bathing you can the ants crawling from one corner to the other. Furthermore, there is no lift and only levels of staircase. Do consider if you have heavy luggage. Overall, will still recommend to experience the stay.

The room was smaller than expected and has the vintage cottage feel. The service is good however there are no elevator for heavy luggages and you have to climb up the ladders to your rooms. I would not recommend for folks travelling with old folks or people with mobility difficulties The hotel serves good breakfast and dinner. Value for money.

Good service from ms chen, she assist my family to make all sort of arrangement during our stay, including the trip to the lushan hot spring. The breakfast is simple and enjoyable, and the dinner is great. Would recommend to go for the steak. 2 bad point will be uneven steps to the room which is bad for eldery or travel heavily. And the queaking sound from the bed when i was turning around as it is still an old place

The room is great and they do provide ear plugs for a quiet sleep. I love the free tea break after check in. There are varieties of cookies, dessert, coffee, English teas and soda drinks provided. The hotel have an optional dinner that but the price is a bit pricey. We decided to join the dinner due to previous good comments from Expedia. And have not regretted. The steak was delicious and I especially enjoyed the passion fruits salad sauce from the buffet table. Overall, everything was great. However there are some minor things need to be improved. There was a balcony besides my room. The surrounding was nice and beautiful but a bit messy. There were big rubbish bags by the side which affected the nice surroundings.

Nice place n friendly staffs.5 to 8 mins walk to take public bus from main road.

今次打算來一個減壓休息的旅程，上次來過清境這家酒店，覺得很放鬆，所以今次就拋下腦袋在這裡訂下4天的住宿。 這裡的員工都很友善，見面會微笑和點頭，都讓我覺得沒壓力。其中一位陳副理，得知我們沒有特別計劃，很有耐心為我們介紹附近遊玩景點，如何坐交通，更為我們詢問觀星day tour有沒有空位，替我們安排。 這裡的晚餐是自費的，試了炸豬手和鱸魚，味道和風味都很不錯，價錢合理，尤其是豬手更差不多是每一桌的必點菜式。只是晚餐時間比較早 -- 6:30PM，對平常晚吃飯的我來說有點兒不慣 ^_^' 由於是4天的充裕旅程，除了完全制霸了附近的景點：青青草原、比較新的天空步道、瑞士小花園，也參加了一個合歡山日出之團，可惜的是日出時份很大霧，看不到日出紅日的一刻，過了半小時後霧散的時候太陽早就掛在天空，不過高山上早晨的山景，那種空氣感，還是很美麗和不能不按下快門的。 酒店養了幾隻貓，牠們都不怕人，還會主動靠過來示好，人都被治癒了 XD 這些機會當然不能放過，可以盡情摸一下這些毛孩兒，也近距離拍了不少照片。

v convenient location with good view and service. they provided free flow drinks and snacks and cup noodles at night which is really thoughtful as it can be hard to get food at night

Nice hotel with pleasant ambience , friendly staff and good breakfast

The hotel decoration is nice but it is not sound proof. U can hear your neighbour talking and even TV sounds. I will give 5 stars if they have better soundproof.

An enjoyable stay with such beautiful hotel, decent breakfast & dinner, helpful staff. The hotel is also located near popular spots & can be conveniently accessed by walking.

Good Breakfast and Location. Come with free afteroon tea. 10 min walk to bus stop.

NIce view. But be aware that there are not many restaurants especially at night. Staff are nice. Recommended.
