The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating—they allowed me to check in early. The room was clean (also, they honored my request for a high-floor room), and perfect for a solo traveler like me. The overall hospitality was outstanding. If you're traveling alone and looking for comfort, convenience, and good service, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely stay here again

Internet was fast. Staff were ok. Elevator was also fast. I requested for extra pillow but they did not provide. Pillows provided were 2 each but not enough for me. Surrounding area is also ok.

My second time staying here cos I loved it so much the first time and this time round it’s no different. Room was spotlessly clean, spacious with a huge and comfortable bed, large toilet and everything one would need for a stay away from home. Right smack in the middle of all the Ximending action within one turn of the street, yet quiet enough with lots of good food right downstairs. Friendly staff who are very accommodating with keeping our luggage and still letting us use the washrooms before and after checking out. Also a modern and bright hotel with a welcoming lobby that you’ll feel happy to return to each day. I hope that the property continues to be maintained well cos I really want to come back again!

The hotel is situated at a convenient location in Ximending. It’s approximately a 6-7 minutes walk from Ximen station. There is a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. Despite being in the busy area, the building is quiet. There are multilingual staff. Communication with the staff was easy. Particularly appreciated the lounge room on the top floor. It’s well equipped with massage chairs, water stations, facet, refreshment and dining table. The room was generally clean and spacious. We still had room to walk around with two suitcases open. However, there were a couple strands of hair on the pillows before I slept on the bed. I asked for new pillows and the new pillows had hairs as well….the air conditioner ran in a cycle (high power>low power>high power), the temperature was perfect. When the power rose, the air conditioner was a bit noisy and interrupted my sleep. Generally speaking, it was a good experience.
