They followed up and found it and provided us with details of how to recover it. Staff went out of their way to be helpful - above and beyond the normal services rendered.

Room: Clean, Bright, comfortable bed and pillows, great water pressure and temperature. 2 free bottles of water and snacks replenished daily.
Breakfast: menu changes daily, food thoughtfully and expertly prepared. Excellent combination of various options. Everything tastes fabulous. Sometimes the easiest things are most difficult to prepare and the chef nails the textures of scrambled egg, cold/hot vegetables and meats very well. The staff members for the breakfast area are sweet, friendly and professional.
Common Area: Clean, Bright, Comfortable. Snacks, juice, water, coffee, tea offered 24 hrs.
Housekeeping: daily, and they do an excellent job!!!
Laundry Area: FREE use of washers (and detergent) and dryers.
Umbrellas loaners are available.
This has been an excellent and most pleasant stay as a home away from home. Frankly - the entire staff deserves a raise and year-end bonus!!!
