The location is very good. i enjoy the short walk to the MRT station. The hotel is honestly beyond expectations. Staff were all very professional and friendly. The room is exceptionally clean and comfortable. With the 24-hour bookstore right next to it, I enjoyed my stay.

We booked twin room, but it was extremely small — there was barely any space to open two suitcases, let alone move around comfortably. The bathroom counter was tiny and not practical for two people. While there was a large bathtub, it felt like a waste of space for travelers who spend most of the day out exploring and don’t have time to soak in a tub. What was most frustrating is that there was only one power outlet next to one bed. In this day and age, especially in a twin room meant for two people, this is a major oversight. It caused a lot of inconvenience! Also, we were surprised that for a hotel at this price point, basic toiletries were only provided upon request. That really did not feel premium at all. For the price we paid, it felt very overpriced — especially by Taiwan standards. Overall, we found it disappointing and not worth the cost.

This hotel was about a 10-15 min walk to MRT. The room was excellent. Dining facilities on the property are very limited as was the in room dining selection. While the lobby and rooms are nice, I would not personally rate this a 5* experience
