The young lady at the desk when I 1st checked in was very nervous to speak English with me but I think she did an amazing job and had no need to be service. I felt very comfortable and she did a very professional wonderful job.

Very average, do not understand why people gave such high rating. There is only one chair inside room, husband has to sit on bed all the time because I need to do some work. I could understand go green concept not to change cups, but at least provide detergent for us to wash if cleaner does not help to wash. Very slow to clean the room. Only good thing is lobby cafe, one of the best coffee and brown auger milk tea in Taiwan!
