Everything is so great about grand Grand Hyatt Taipei; all of the hotel guests can take a close look at 101 tower during New Year's Eve firework. We didn't have to go outside on the street to watch 101. Rooms are so clean; they were very generous to give many complimentary water bottles. Staff were so friendly. Will stay here again for sure!

It's been over 13 years since I last stayed at this hotel. It is still as good as I had remembered it. The room was a bit smaller than the one I stayed in last time. But other than that, no complaints. My family and I had two meals here and enjoyed both. Only thing that would make it more convenient, would be if there was a convenient store downstairs. Other than that, everything was good.

The hotel is well located and well maintained. Across the street from Taipei 101, short walk from great shopping and excellent restaurants. Short walk from the MRT redline. And the staff was absolutely excellent from start to finish. They really made a difference. I will come back again!

Poor communication, but they do try but they need to be more professional attitude towards to the customer. A couple days okay to stay. But better not asking specific question or request. And do not feel bad if they don’t reply or cut off, they just don’t understand what you saying Interesting, after couple staying hotel…. I think here is like a standard; I’m not so used to it but I won’t visit again

Stayed here two years in a row. Love it. Can’t beat the location, 1-2 minutes away from entrances to red and blue (5-7 min) MTR lines. Direct overpass connection to taipei 101. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hotel pool is nice. If you are Hyatt member, be sure to use the sauna for free. First timer ask staff to walk you through the process of using the sauna. Gym is 24/7, was there at 2-3 am and i am not the only one working out. Don’t miss the freshly baked goods at lobby, the strawberry bread is a must try! Will be back next year!

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Taipei, located right next to Taipei 101, and had an excellent experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and polite throughout my stay. The view from the room was outstanding, offering a beautiful perspective Taipei 101. Cleanliness was top-notch, making the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The lobby was elegant and welcoming, adding to the overall luxurious atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Taipei.
