Grand Pleasure Spring Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted and the temperature dropped to 19–20°C, which made it very difficult to sleep. Even though there was a blanket, the combination of cold air and noise from the AC made the room quite uncomfortable. I wasn’t able to sleep properly during my stay, which is tough when you're traveling and need rest. On the positive side, the room had a nice marble bathtub with hot spring water, which was a great feature. I think this room would be more suitable for a short stay—maybe just a few hours or one night at most—as it's quite compact. The staff were very friendly, and overall the hotel is good value for the price, but I wouldn't recommend staying for multiple nights unless the air conditioning issue is fixed.

Not responsive at all on Expedia. There was no shuttle from the airport option (one of our questions that were never answered by the hotel) and the local neighborhood shuttle didn’t run frequently enough for use. Even though we checked in pretty late, at about 2 AM, the housekeeping wasn’t done as there was no hand soap in the room and we found a stack of hair from previous occupants in the bathroom. However, the private onsen in the room was great and the location was ideal for exploring the Beitou area.

Hotel had a nice lobby and exterior; however, the bedroom's walls had black stains. They might be mold. Renovation/update shall fix this issue.

Loved the hot spring tub. We were given an old room. Everything was pretty old. AC doesn’t really work. Couldn’t close the shower door. Headboard is loose. Other than that it’s comfortable and the shower water and hot spring water was hot and with good pressure.

Outside building and lobby are nice and clean, but the room's cleaning need attention. The carpet near the sofa area are very dusty.

Excellent hot spring hotel in Beitou Taiwan. Professional staffs and the amazing bath facility

kind of outdated, unsure why my room has windows all taped and blocked off, it wasn't necessary, there are wooden blinds which would have been sufficient.

We are surprised by the clean & nice room with a big bath tub. We have a nice stroll from the MRT to/fro the Hotel.

The hot spring does not feel like the hot spring around the local area. Room are spacious.

pillow could be better, otherwise hot tub was nice! breakfast was excellent!

Big bathroom for onsen. The room was not too big but everything is clean.

Good service. Although they are located quite far from the mtr and little bit high(even higher than the hot valley), we can call the free transport provided by the hotel. Also if you want to shop outside without the luggage after you check out or not, you can park you luggage in the lobby and the staff can take them back to the mtr to you. Thats really nice!

Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Xin Beitou Station. Breakfast acceptable; TV position a bit strange, bed's headboard not attached to bed. Onsen in-room makes it convenient but takes a long time to fill up the tub, would have preferred outdoor onsen.

Light switch is spoiled.. Room is small don't worth the what I paid.. Dusty and old

Great room, great location, easy access to food stores, scenic museum and library. Fantastic free shuttle service(requires booking for availability.)
