The sink is way too low. I’m only 5’8”, and the counter is below my hip height. The sink itself is shallow, so even a simple hand wash causes water to splash everywhere. Whoever designed this should be fired.
The bed is also too low. The mattress is quite soft, so when you sit on it, it feels like you’re sinking straight to the floor.
The automatic toilet is full of issues. I had to turn it off to stop it from raising and lowering the lid randomly.
The room has a stuffy, musty smell—it’s not cigarette smoke, but more like mold.
On a positive note, the service and staff are excellent. They brought me an air purifier and opened the window to air out the room.

Excellent service, they try their best to accommodate our needs, providing all essential supplies for the baby (<1 yr) such as crib, shower kits, bath bowl, bottle sanitizer, and more than i can ask for. Truly amazing service. Not to mention great location, easy access to night market and the department store.

Booked this hotl for the final day of a business trip to make use of the pool and relax for a bit before the long flight home.
The hotel price was very reasonable and the room was great. Large and clean with super shower and comfortable bed/pillows.
Staff were amazing and location is great.
Highly recommended.

Aesthetic, spacious, comfortable. Overall darkness, but floor-ceiling window brighten room.
Bathroom lacks counter space. Not useful. Counter is low; sink is shallow & flat that water splashes everywhere no matter how careful you try to regulate the water flow. Still splashes on floor.
There are no handles or knobs on both closet and bathroom doors making it awkward to grip, open or close.
