We stayed in a twin room bedroom. The beds are very comfortable and hotel allowed us to extend the check out time. Location is not at a busy area but still walkable to a lot of places.

Great Hotel, modern decal, very large room and due to my Hotel.com status, they upgraded me to a corner suite which are really really nice.
Hotel breakfast have good selections, it is not the quantity but the quality of the food are delicious!
Hotel staff are always professional and very friendly. My wife and I will definitely come back to this lovely hotel

When we checked in, we had several large bags and the staff member watched as we struggled with the door to enter the lobby. The hotel has a bus station nearby and it is a short walk to the nearest station. There are convenience stores across the road where you can also purchase an EasyCard or withdraw cash from an ATM.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. It’s nice and clean but I don’t like the strong fragrance in the lobby. They have robot service which is really good. The room is very spacious and has a good size bathroom. The bed is comfy and huge. The towels are old and rough which should upgrade. Breakfast selection is not much, but acceptable. Hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Will recommend this hotel to friends.

Great and classy hotel. Convenient and MRT station is within walking distance. The two single beds seem a bit crowded for 3 of us staying as a family with a young child though. Would be great if two double beds can be offered instead. Surrounding area didn’t have much to eat and shop around.

Hotel staff are lovely and efficient with check in and check out. Hotel is about 5 mins walk to the nearest MRT station. Room is small but adequate. Ceiling is too low for my liking. Bed is a little too firm.

Overall not a bad hotel. Need to improve some staffs’ attitude. After guest breakfast registration, they should let the guests choose their own seats. It would be nice to have cookies for the coffee time instead of just potato chips and candies.

The room itself was generally clean, large, and great. My only complaint was that the sofa had stains. The property was responsive to emails. The breakfast, which is included, was delicious and had lots of vegetarian options. And when I needed something like lotion or a food bowl, I appreciate that it was delivered quickly, and by a cute robot.
