This hotel really cares for detail, clean and comfort from room design, room size, towel, bedsheet, wardrobe, toilet, table, chair, front desk officers, even our breakfast. One morning I need to go hospital, they even offering to help me to pack the vegetarian breakfast so I will not hungry at my way. And this all had save us since we are at hospital until late afternoon. FYI The breakfast packed about 07.00am morning. All the staff is really try to help and make us feel easy for everything. Really warm my heart. Our family are really enjoy our stay at Hotelin during our holiday at Taiwan. Thank you very much. Your effort and warm heart, will always be in our heart.

The staff are all very attentive to guest needs. Ladies at the breakfast restaurant are wonderful. Thank you for the big welcome & smiles every morning! The room is very clean inside out with no dust. Even though it's not a brand new hotel, it is considered very well maintained. The lobby area is really nice and front desk staff are great too. Thank you for a great stay!

Another excellent stay. Over the years, have stayed 3 times (family) no complaints. A bit distant from the nearest metro stop, short taxi trip is inexpensive. A very good base if flying out early the next day, or as a stop over for a night or two. Has a 24 hr laundry with North America style washer and dryer (i.e. the dryer dries fast). Right beside a McDonalds, nearby is a KFC and various local eateries. Hotel breakfast is good, a variety of items. Staff always of service, helpful.

My family was here for 5 nights. The buffet breakfast was the best part of our stay. There are so many high quality Chinese foods to choose from. Our room was clean and pretty quiet. The facilities were nice and never crowded when we were there in November. I would highly recommend this place.
