房間乾淨，早餐很棒，很多樣式，還有現煮區，新竹特產摃丸、水潤餅等，假日可以吃到12點，可以睡到自然醒，也可以早上八點先去使用游泳池、三溫暖後退房，把早餐當早午餐。14樓小朋友遊樂設施很多，玩水OK，大人SPA也不錯，蠻推薦親子住宿。

Great friendly service at checkin. The room was very nice and clean. You can hear next door quite a lot and air conditioning in the room was weak, so the room felt a little too warm to sleep comfortably. Apart from that itbwas faultless

因為是比較匆忙的訂位，沒注意到訂到了雙床房，在住宿前跟櫃檯人員詢問是否可以併床(因為有小小朋友)，沒想到直接跟說有空的雙人大床房可以給我使用，讓我免費升等，真是太棒了! 房間非常的舒適，打掃得很乾淨，兒童遊戲區也規劃的很不錯，非常值得再訪的飯店!!

Like many of the hotels I've stayed at in Hsinchu City, the majority of the staff speak English. As a westerner, I found the breakfast buffet a little limited in selections for me. But my travel companions didn't feel the same way (I observe Kosher so travel in Asia is particularly challenging food-wise.) The 14th floor has a gym, very nice pool, playroom for young children, and ping-pong table. Central to my customer's location, this property was good value for the cost.

The room was OK in size and had good Wi Fi connection but there are zero toiletries not even a small toothbrush or a hair comb. The soap and shampoo they have is awful it smells really bad. I arrive in the evening after a long flight and had to go out to a local 7/11 to buy body wash and shampoo, tooth brush and a comb. I have been to many cheaper hotels with much better supply of essentials, like drinking water and all the needed toiletries.

The room is not ready when we arrived at 3pm. Staff said we need a Taiwan Mobile number for her to call us when the room is ready. Come on! This is 21st century! They can contact clients using Whatsapp or Line! The room is quite old but clean. The towels quite old as well. I can see that they are renovating the rooms. Hope will be done soon!
