I've stayed here twice. It's a great way to experience the hot springs in complete privacy. They pipe the hot spring water to a huge bath in your own room. It's set up next to the windows, so once you're in you can open the curtains and enjoy the view. The bathroom is sealed off from the rest of the room, so the room stays cool and dry.
The location is great, right next to the main little downtown of Jiaoxi. The room is comfortable and quiet with good views.
As of August 2021, they are doing some kind of renovation or something, so you have to check in at the desk *next door* to the hotel. That was confusing, but not too inconvenient.

The staff was very friendly and was nice to upgrade our room to suite. Very comfortable stay we had. Definitely will go back again

We liked the private hot spring in the room but would feel more comfortable if there was a sign indicating that the pool was cleaned/sanitized after every guest stay. We also liked the convenience of the underground parking as well as the excellent breakfast.
The International portion of the hotel is rather dated with an unpleasant smell at the elevator lobby, but not inside the room. Some of the floor tiles inside were cracked but the room we had was spacious, quiet and quite pleasant. Also like the location which is close to many restaurants and stores.

The lady who greeted us over the check in counter was unfriendly. She has a terrible attitude and failed to treat the hotel guests politely. After all we paid to stay in this hotel and we deserved to be treated properly.
For the steep room price, other than the comfort of a big room and a big tub of hot spring, the breakfast is ok and the room looks tired. The location of the hotel is brilliant.

Room is spacious and clean. View is so nice, you can bring some nice wine and beer, enjoy the great view of Jiaoxi. However, the facility is a little old and the pillows are kinda smelly. They don't have those white lights that Taiwanese usually use, they use yellow lights and it somehow dark in the room if you'd like to do some work or read a book.

Very good service - suggest you to take the water bottle at counter when you go out as it is very hot outside and free transport to train station and bus transfer station. Staff are very polite. Room is spacious. Breakfast has good varieties - surprise to have mulberry vinegar, kumkat jelly as desert. Overall the room is very clean except the cups in bathroom with yellow stain.

Hot tub was quite alright. Reception was warm and attentive. The lady saw me coming back with cup noodles and offered me an extra bottle of water. Breakfast selection was good. Do note however that you are limited to the plates set out for each diner. My mom asked for a clean plate to get a second helping and was declined.
