location is really near mrt station, many shops, restaurants, hotel service and rooms is excellent.

I should said that this is a Motel instead of a hotel, the room is pretty small and is only good for single occupancy but not for family. They are located at a office building, so the corridor there are offices, public internet cafe, public gym, a few discotheque/night clubs. There are no space to open up my 3 luggages, there are no cupboard to hang clothes. Though it stated that they have window but it can't open and it just glass panel. They should install some hanging hook on the wall, at least we can hang clothes.

Staff was very polite and helpful with giving directions on how to take the MRT. Room was very nice and clean. When I checked in, they showed me around to all the open areas and took me to my room personally.

The property was ok and seemed to be getting renovated after checked out rooms were opened. The staff was very accommodating and nice but it seemed the shower floor had seemed some better days. The walls on my room were beated up and scratched( seemed to be what was being fixed the next room over as well) but the bed was comfortable. Going in and out the building was not the best as some of the elevators smelled like smoke because of other floors being a smoke hotel and KTV. The noise from the KTV was not really heard from my room but others seemed to have heard the sound from previous reviews. Definitely would stay here again because of the staff being so accommodating and seeing that rooms are being fixed and renovated as well!

The building seems dangerous - downstair floors include loud nightclubs and suspicious business. I ran out of the hotel late at night after seeing police there to check the business. The circulation was terrible - the entire room was full of cigarette smokes.
