It was a great trip. The room was quite clean and even have extra disinfectant to use. Staff was quite responsive when we asked for extra blanket. Definitely try to book one of the room with parking which provides incredible convenience.

The moment my friends and I stepped into our respective rooms, we immediately messaged each other saying that we didn't want to leave the room, ever! We loved everything about it, the luxurious bathtub with HD TV and English channels, the huge lounge chair where we could relax and enjoy our view of the mountains, the large room size. And as I was travelling with a toddler, I enquired about ordering porridge for my child's dinner as we checked in around 6+pm. The staff said they didn't have that on the menu but could prepare porridge for me and asked me what ingredients I wanted in it. They proceeded to deliver a large bowl of salmon and egg porridge shortly after my enquiry! And they didn't charge for me even though I wanted to settle the bill for it when I was checking out. The hotel is also within walking distance to Carrefour, or you could borrow the bicycles from the hotel to go for a grocery run. I am definitely coming back to this hotel when we visit Nantou County again.

Overall stay was ok (big room, clean, on-site parking, ...), although King size bed misses extra pillows to watch TV on the bed. Toilet is not japanese style and without toilet shower... Hotel was almost empty but we were located at the wing far edge (afraid of COVID 19?).
