Roaders Plus Hotel Theme

Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 7-day stay at Roaders Plus Hotel Taipei Station, and we could not be more grateful for the exceptional hospitality we received. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome with their genuine warmth, friendliness, and willingness to help. Every interaction was pleasant, and their outstanding service truly made our stay special. A special thank you to the breakfast team on the 27th floor. Their kindness, attentiveness, and cheerful smiles each morning made breakfast a highlight of our day. They went above and beyond to ensure guests felt comfortable and cared for. The hotel is incredibly family-friendly. Our child absolutely loved the indoor playground, the adorable decorations throughout the property, and the kids' movies playing in the lobby. The 24/7 complimentary snacks, coffee, and tea were also a wonderful touch and much appreciated after a day of sightseeing. The location is another huge advantage—just steps away from Taipei Main Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore Taipei and beyond. Thank you to the entire Roaders Plus team for making our family vacation so memorable. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Taipei and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

The hotel is in an excellent location if accessibility to public transportation is a priority. The staff are very courteous and helpful and the hotel amenities such as the laundry room and lounge area (very important since Taipei has so many street food vendors so you can bring back food to eat here) are very spacious. I love that they provide snacks and drinks (bottled water, coffee and tea) for free. There is one key thing I do hope that this hotel can improve upon is the fridge in the room. It does not work at all. I even requested that they replace the fridge which they did but even the replacement fridge did not keep anything cold. Taipei is hot and humid, so it would be so nice if I could have a cold beverage after I return to my room. I will definitely return to this hotel if they have improved and replaced their fridge.

Overall very pleasant stay. Great location with easy access to metro. Room is a bit on the smaller side but reasonable size for one person stay. Nothing to complain and I would stay again!
