I enjoyed my stay. The place was clean, comfortable and located very close to public transportation. Service was great! 100 would recommend if traveling solo or couple.

we had the best time staying at this hotel, staffs were all very nice and helpful. location was also a plus, easy access to metro stations and surrounding shops and restaurants. definitely will return to this hotel next time we visit Taiwan

Except misinform that taxi doesn't accept credit card payment from the hotel to the international airport Taoyuan Taipei.

Good location. The breakfast is good. The bed is a bit hard. We arrived the hotel around 7:30am and our room was ready, but we were asked to pay extra TWD1,500 for early check in, which was a bit odd to me. I’ve travelled a lot all over the world but I’ve never been asked to pay an early check in fee.

Nice hotel in the city centre, clean and well equipped. Breakfast os ok, moztly Chinese food but sime eggs, bread, salad. If you dontveat meat you will be limited.

The first room I stayed in was very humid and had a damp musty smell to it - I didn’t complain as I was only there for the night. The second room wasn’t humid at all, but was very very cold - I couldn’t figure out how to turn down the aircon, even though I turned it off several times. This is a basic 3* hotel, the breakfast is also very limited, but I could get a cup of tea with scrambled eggs and some fruit so it is sufficient for me.

The location is perfect, the bed is comfy and the shower and soaps provided are great.
Unfortunately the spoundproofing and other aspects of the hotel are dated. The room window is a very thin single pane of glass so street noise can be heard.
The first night i was woken up at 5am by roadworks outside.
The second a drunk guest woke me up at 3am trying to get into my room.
I suppose these are beyone the control of the hotel - but still effected my experience.

I felt rushed at check-in. She talked so fast, i asked her to repeat nearly everything. The room. Ha! Tiny window. There was no air conditioning. July Taiwanese summers are hot. When i called to get help, i felt that i was inconveniencing the staff. Housekeeping and restaurant staff were great. English tv channels were nice. Location is amazing. Value for price was not there.
