Service is good, close to landmarks

the hotel's tea-themed lobby and tranquil setting appealing, and the check-in was efficient. However, they noted a contrast in friendliness between front office staff and service attendants, specifically praising a tall male staff member with glasses. The room lacked hanging space, had limited amenities (2 biscuits, 2 tea bags, no coffee), a malfunctioning automated toilet, and non-functional Netflix. The centrally controlled AC had only an on/off setting, the bed was too firm, and the pillows too soft, leading to sleepless nights. Morning noise from housekeeping was also an issue. Breakfast tasted good, with commendable noodle and dumpling options, but the dining room's aesthetic was disliked. The small, glass-enclosed fitness center had outdated cardio machines, no AC, towels, or water. The visually appealing pool had restricted hours, and the guest was dissatisfied with a late afternoon incident where a staff member impolitely asked them to leave or pay NTD300 without prior notification. While the hotel exterior was well-maintained, some outdoor furniture and lighting were in disrepair and posed safety concerns.

Cute little boutique hotel with a super hard bed and overtly soft pillows. Walls are pretty thin and unfortunately we had a really loud group with screaming kids staying next to us who decided to keep all their doors open - srsly tho, who does that?!. The staff was very accommodating and gave us a different room on another floor. Breakfast was ok, not great. Upstairs infinity pool bar lacked vibes but the drinks were pretty good. Parking was easy with a gated lot next door with a 500NTD deposit for the remote key FOB.

This hotel is absolutely amazing for the price you pay! Though the location may not be so convenient to city center, it provides an excellent environment for couples and families traveling by self-driving, highly recommended!

Easy parking and easy check-in with great service. Breakfast was also unexpectedly good - three entree choices (Chinese, American, Italian) and lots of self-serve items.

The bed at teascape is very hard. Utensils are a bit dirty. breakfast is good. Room is a bit cramp for the twin bed as there is little space to move around.

This was a fun very modern hotel with great service. We loved staying here.

Nicely designed hotel, with activities availabe over weekends. Attrations within walking distance. Cleanliness could be improved, especially the shower room. Staff is nice and friendly.

Comfy room with hipster feeling. Amazing tea flavor hot tub. But room is not bright enough for working.

One of the most satisfying stays in all my nights of hotelling. Everything is tea and it works. The upgraded room with bathtub is beautifully designed, comfy and fully featured for a short or long stay. The staff is outstanding. The rooftop lounge with infinity pool is stunning, especially at night. Solid gym/game room, great breakfast, delicious tea and coffee in the room... I could go on. 5 star experience for a great value, in Chiayi!

Great location

Room is stylish but not recommend book if you like large space. It is small and restricted. We ask for extra pillows but no responds from the lobby :( There is a pool lounge bar on the top of floor if you need a party or get a drink with your friends (2AM close time). overall 3 star in our stay experience. Will stay another hotel in next time. Not recommend for parents trip if you have baby or 2 kids. There are many details should be correct for this hotel.

Rooms are small for a family of 4, very cramp inside. The bathroom is tiny and no bath facility. Breakfast was average, not many choices to choose from. Staff are friendly and polite.
